• Considering this issue to be very sensitive, any action should be avoided. इस मुद्दे को अतिसंवेदनशील मानते हुए किसी भी प्रकार से कोई भी कार्रवाही करने से बचना चाहिए ।

• You should send your subordinate with the police force to the place of riot and you should go there yourself to ensure treatment of the people in the crashed tempo etc. From there you should come to the place where the riot is likely. अपने अधीनस्थ को पुलिस बल के साथ दंगे वाले स्थान के लिए रवाना कर देना चाहिए और स्वयं दुर्घटनाग्रस्त टैम्पों के लोगों के उपचार इत्यादि को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु वहाँ जाना चाहिए। वहीं से आपको दंगा संभावित स्थान के लिए आना चाहिए।
