About SSB Interviews
What is an SSB Interview?
The Services Selection Board (SSB) is a selection system designed to test candidates' Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) for entry into the Indian Armed Forces. The SSB interview is a five-day process that evaluates a candidate's personality, intelligence, and leadership potential.
The SSB process includes two stages: Stage 1 consists of an Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) test and a Picture Perception and Description Test (PPDT). Stage 2 includes psychological tests, group tasks, and a personal interview.
