Educational Qualification	Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institute.
Sports Qualification	Represented India in International Competitions. OR Medal winners in Senior/Junior National Championships. OR Medal winners in Khelo India Youth Games (age category above 18 years) or Khelo India Winter Games or Khelo India Para Games. OR Medal winners in Khelo India University Games OR Medal winners in School Games of Federation of India (SGFI). OR Represented University in Inter-University Tournaments. OR Represented State School Teams in National School Games conducted by all India School Games Federations.
Important Note	Sports qualification will be taken on consideration of the participation/achievements by the candidates in the past 02 years (cut off date for determining the eligibility criteria is 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News) only.

Medal winners in Khelo India Youth Games (age category above 18 years) or Khelo India Winter Games or Khelo India Para Games.

Medal winners in School Games of Federation of India (SGFI).

Represented University in Inter-University Tournaments.

Represented State School Teams in National School Games conducted by all India School Games Federations.

SSB Constable GD (Sports Quota) : Selection Process

Stage / Process	Details
Stage-I	This stage will be conducted only for candidates who have participated in International Sports Events as a member of the Indian team or secured 1st, 2nd, or 3rd position in a National Championship.
Stage-I Selection Criteria	Candidates with higher sports achievements will be given preference. Selection will be based on sports performance, achievements, and merit.
Document Verification (Stage-I)	Sports certificates and all required documents will be verified. Only certificates from recognized competitions will be accepted.
Stage-II	If vacancies remain unfilled after Stage-I, Stage-II will be conducted.
Stage-II Selection Criteria	Selection will be based on sports qualifications, performance, and merit to fill the remaining vacancies.
Document Verification (Stage-II)	Sports certificates and other required documents will be verified.
Final Selection	Final selection of sports candidates will be based on the merit list.
Merit List Preparation	The final merit list will be prepared only after completion of the Review Medical Examination (RME).
Important Note	Securing qualifying marks and being medically fit does not guarantee final selection.
Cut-Off Marks	Final cut-off marks will be decided according to the number of available vacancies.
