MPESB Hospital Assistant Recruitment
Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board has released the official notification for the recruitment of Hospital Assistant posts. | Stage 1 | Online Written Examination (CBT) | Candidates must appear for a Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 marks consisting of 100 objective-type questions. The exam duration will be 2 hours. A negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applicable for each wrong answer. |
| Stage 2 | Minimum Qualifying Marks | Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks. UR category: 50% marks, SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD categories: 40% marks. |
| Stage 3 | Normalization Process | Since the examination will be conducted in multiple shifts, a normalization process will be applied to ensure fairness in scoring. |
| Stage 4 | Merit List | A final merit list will be prepared based on normalized scores. In case of a tie, the older candidate will be given preference. |
| Stage 5 | Document Verification | Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents such as educational certificates, caste certificate, domicile certificate, identity proof, and other required documents. |
| Stage 6 | Medical Examination | Candidates must undergo a medical examination to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the Hospital Assistant post before final appointment. |
