Himachal Pradesh TET Notification : Selection Process

Stage 1Online ApplicationCandidates must complete the online registration and submit the application form through the official portal of Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education.
Stage 2Written ExaminationEligible candidates have to appear for the HP TET Written Examination, which is conducted in offline mode with objective-type questions for different teaching categories.
Stage 3Qualifying MarksCandidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by HPBOSE to qualify the Teacher Eligibility Test. Generally, candidates need 60% or above marks to qualify the examination.
Stage 4Result DeclarationHPBOSE will declare the result based on candidates’ performance in the written examination.
Stage 5Eligibility CertificateQualified candidates will be awarded the HP TET Eligibility Certificate, which makes them eligible to apply for teaching posts in schools across Himachal Pradesh.

Himachal Pradesh TET Notification : Application Process

Step 1: Visit the official website of Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “HP TET 2026 Online Application” link.

Step 3: Complete the registration process by entering your basic details such as name, mobile number, email ID, and other required information.

Step 4: Log in using your registration number and password.

Step 5: Select the desired TET category/post and fill in the application form with personal, educational, and communication details.

Step 6: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and required documents in the prescribed format.

Step 7: Pay the application fee through the available online payment modes.

Step 8: Preview the application form carefully and verify all entered details before submission.

Step 9: Submit the application form successfully.

Step 10: Download and take a printout of the submitted application form and fee receipt for future reference.
