IB MTS Tier-II Result : Selection Process

| Tier-I Examination | Tier-I is the first stage of the IB MTS Recruitment 2025 selection process. It is an objective-type Computer-Based Test (CBT) consisting of multiple-choice questions from subjects such as General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, English Language, and General Studies. Candidates must secure the required cut-off marks to qualify for the next stage. |
| Tier-II Examination | Candidates who qualify Tier-I are shortlisted for the Tier-II Examination. This stage is generally descriptive in nature and is conducted to assess candidates’ writing ability, comprehension, and other skills prescribed in the official recruitment notification. The marks obtained in Tier-II are considered for preparing the final merit list, as per the recruitment rules. |
| Document Verification (DV) | Candidates shortlisted after Tier-II are called for Document Verification. During this stage, candidates must produce original documents such as educational certificates, identity proof, category certificates (if applicable), age proof, and other required documents. The final appointment is subject to successful verification of all documents and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria. |
