Educational Qualification:
Candidate के पास Graduation होनी चाहिए, जिसमें कम से कम 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA हो।
Graduation कोर्स कम से कम 3 साल की होनी चाहिए।
इसके साथ Post Graduation जरूरी है:
MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade, या Chartered Accountant (CA) होना चाहिए।
Post Graduation कम से कम 2 साल की होनी चाहिए और इसमें minimum 60% marks / equivalent CGPA जरूरी है।
CA Candidates के लिए Professional परीक्षा पास होना Sufficient है, लेकिन ICAI Membership जरूरी है।
University / Institute Government / AICTE / UGC से recognized / approved होनी चाहिए।
जिन Candidates ने correspondence / part-time / open university / distance learning / external mode से Graduation या Post Graduation की है, वे Eligible नहीं हैं।
Experience:
Candidate के पास कम से कम 1 साल का post-qualification काम का अनुभव होना चाहिए (Post Graduation या CA complete करने के बाद)।
अनुभव reputed commercial bank / financial institution / state level term lending institution में होना चाहिए।

EXIM Bank Deputy Manager : Selection Process
EXIM बैंक Deputy Manager (Banking Operations) की भर्ती दो चरणों में की जाएगी।
चयन प्रक्रिया का Aim उम्मीदवार की Professional जानकारी और Suitability की जाँच करना है।
Step 1: Written Exam
लिखित परीक्षा Subjective Type की होगी।
परीक्षा में मुख्य रूप से Financial Statements और बैंकिंग से जुड़े Concepts पर प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे।
यह परीक्षा कुल 100 अंकों की होगी।
परीक्षा की समय अवधि 2 घंटे 30 मिनट होगी।
Step 2: Personal Interview
जो उम्मीदवार लिखित परीक्षा Qualify करेंगे, उन्हें Personal Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
Interview मुंबई या नई दिल्ली में आयोजित किया जा सकता है।
Final Merit List :
अंतिम मेरिट सूची लिखित परीक्षा और Interview के अंकों को मिलाकर तैयार की जाएगी।
लिखित परीक्षा का 70% Weightage होगा।
साक्षात्कार का 30% Weightage होगा।
