UPSSSC Forest Guard Notification : Eligibility

| Office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & Head of Department, Uttar Pradesh | Forest Guard & Wildlife Guard (General / Special Selection) | Essential Qualification (Educational): As per Uttar Pradesh Forest Department Subordinate Service Rules, 2015 (Part-4, Rule-8), for direct recruitment to the posts of Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard, the candidate must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) Examination from the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education or any equivalent examination recognized by the Government. Must Have A Valid Scorecard Of UPSSSC PET 2025. Preferential Qualification: As per Part-4, Rule-9 of the same rules, in case of direct recruitment, preference will be given to candidates who: (1) Have served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of 2 years, OR (2) Have obtained a ‘B’ certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), OR (3) Have obtained a certificate in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the Central or State Government, OR (4) Have represented the State in any sport. |
