Candidates who have degree in computer application can now apply for the post by doing OTR in the Portal. Office/Lotus/Smart suit in D base/Unix/windows); Exposure of networking on Novell and window N.T.; 25 and 40 words per minute speed of typewriting in Hindi and English.

- Physically Handicapped (PH/PwD) Candidates of Uttar Pradesh: Upper age limit is relaxable by 15 years.

- 2-year tenure: 2 years age relaxation.
