UPPSC Computer Operator Recruitment: Eligibility

| Educational Qualification | - Manager (System): Degree in Computer Application.
- Senior Programmer: Degree with Diploma in Computer Application.
- Programmer Grade-2: Bachelor's degree
- Post graduate Diploma in Computer Science or 'A' level Certificate from D.O.E.C.C
- Good knowledge of Software development (C/C- Fox Pro
- RDBMS like Oracle/Ingress/Sybase
- DB/Z in DOS/Unix/Windows)
- Exposure to Networking Operating System
- Knowledge of Office Automation Packages and Internet.
- Computer Operator Grade-B: Bachelor degree with diploma in Computer Science Or Bachelor degree with O certificate from D.O.E.; Knowledge of Data Entry in Hindi and English on various softwares (M.S. Office/Lotus/Smart suit in D base/Unix/windows); Exposure of networking on Novell and window N.T.; 25 and 40 words per minute speed of typewriting in Hindi and English.

| Age (minimum and maximum age) | - Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2026 (Born between 2nd July, 1986 and 1st July, 2005). Maximum age limit for PH candidates is 55 years (Born not before 02 July, 1971).

UPPSC Computer Operator Recruitment: Application Process
- Official Website https://uppsc.up.nic.in पर जाकर 'Authenticate with O.T.R.' करना होगा। O.T.R. Number enter करके OTP या Password के साथ Login करें।
- 'Applicant Dashboard' में 'Submit Details' पर click करके Form fill करें और Preferential Qualifications select करें।
- 'SBI MOPS' payment gateway के जरिए Net Banking, Card Payments या Other Payment Modes से Application Fee pay करें।
- Fee payment के बाद Final Application Form submit करके Application का Print Out लेकर सुरक्षित रखें।

UPPSC Computer Operator Recruitment: Selection Process
नीचे Step-by-Step Selection Process की पूरी जानकारी दी गई है।

| Step 1: Written Examination | Objective Type Written Examination will be conducted for all posts. |
| Step 2: Type Test (Computer Operator Grade-B Only) | Candidates must pass the Typing Test with a speed of 25 WPM in Hindi and 40 WPM in English. Marks: 27.5 for Hindi + 27.5 for English (Total 55 Marks). |
| Step 3: Weightage for CM Fellowship Research Scholars | Extra marks weightage will be awarded based on experience to Chief Minister Fellowship Programme Research Scholars. |
| Step 4: Final Merit List Preparation | Manager (System), Senior Programmer & Programmer Grade-2: Selection based solely on Examination Marks. Computer Operator Grade-B: Selection based on total marks obtained in Written Exam (170 Marks) + Type Test (55 Marks) = Total 225 Marks. |
| Step 5: Document Verification & Medical Examination | Shortlisted candidates after the final merit list will undergo Document Verification and Medical Examination. |
