Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the Grade-I Result on its official website for the recruitment of Technician Grade-I & Grade-III posts under CEN No. 02/2025. The examination was conducted on 06, 09, 10, and 13 March 2026, while the last date to submit the application form was 07 August 2025. • On the homepage, find and click on the link related to “RRB Technician Gr-I Result 2026”.
• Enter your Registration Number / Enrollment Number and Date of Birth or Password.
• Fill in the captcha code, if required.

RRB Technician Gr-I Result: What After The Result?

Candidates will be shortlisted for the Document Verification (DV) stage based entirely on their marks and merit in the Computer Based Test (CBT) for their respective Pay Levels. The total number of shortlisted candidates will be strictly equal to the number of available vacancies (a 1:1 ratio). If two or more candidates end up securing identical marks, their tie-breaking merit position will be decided by age, meaning the older candidate will be awarded a higher merit position than the younger one.

Following the shortlisting, the actual appointment of these selected candidates is strictly subject to three conditions: passing the requisite Medical Fitness Test conducted by the Railway Administration, the final verification of all essential documents, and a thorough verification of the candidates’ character and antecedents. If any shortfall in empanelment or other emergencies arise, the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) reserve the right to call candidates who are lower down on the merit list based on their merit and chosen preferences, though this does not grant those candidates an absolute right to appointment. Finally, it is important to note that the RRBs only recommend the names of the empanelled candidates; the official final offer of appointment is issued solely by the respective Railway Administrations.
