MPESB MP Police Subedar Stenographer Result : Selection Process

Selection StageDetails
Preliminary Examination (Prelims)The selection process begins with the Preliminary Examination. This objective-type test is conducted to assess candidates’ General Knowledge, Reasoning Ability, Mental Aptitude, and other relevant subjects. Candidates who secure the prescribed qualifying marks are shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process.
Main Examination (Mains)Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Examination are eligible to appear for the Main Examination. The Mains is conducted to evaluate candidates’ in-depth knowledge, subject proficiency, analytical skills, and overall suitability for the post of MP Police Subedar/Stenographer. Marks obtained in this stage are considered for further selection.
Physical Measurement Test (PMT) / Physical Standard Test (PST)Candidates shortlisted after the Main Examination must undergo the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) / Physical Standard Test (PST). During this stage, the prescribed physical standards, such as height, chest measurement (for male candidates), and other eligibility criteria, are verified according to the MPESB recruitment rules.
Document Verification (DV)Candidates who successfully qualify all previous stages are called for Document Verification. They must produce original documents, including educational certificates, identity proof, age proof, caste/category certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and other required documents. Final appointment is made only after successful verification of all documents and fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility conditions.

  • Visit the official MP Employees Selection Board (MPESB) website: esb.mp.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the “Results” section.
  • Find and select the “Subedar (Stenographer) & Assistant Sub-Inspector Recruitment Test – 2025 Final Result” link.
  • Enter the required login credentials, such as your Application Number, Date of Birth, and any other details requested.
  • Complete the Captcha Verification displayed on the screen.
  • Click on the Search / Submit button to view your result.
  • Your MP Police Subedar Stenographer Final Result will appear on the screen.
  • Download the result PDF or scorecard and take a printout for future reference, including the document verification process.
