रक्षा मंत्रालय के Under ‘मिनी रत्न’ श्रेणी-1 सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम (PSU) Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) ने Non-Executive Cadreके अंतर्गत विभिन्न Technical एवं Non-technical पदों पर सीधी भर्ती के लिए Detailed Advertisement (Advt. No. 09/2026) जारी कर दिया है। यह भर्ती प्रारंभिक रूप से 03 वर्ष के Fixed Term Contract के आधार पर की जाएगी, जिसे आवश्यकतानुसार आगे 02 वर्ष (कुल अधिकतम 05 वर्ष) तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के पास निर्धारित न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता एवं आवश्यक Work Experience कट-ऑफ Date (30.09.2026) तक होना आवश्यक है:

Asst. Suptd. (Hindi Translator)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi with English 
  •  1-year Diploma in Hindi-English translation (OR PG in Hindi with English at degree level) 
  • 2 years translation experience.
Jr. Supervisor (Safety-Electrical)
  • 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering 
  • 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety 
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
Jr. Supervisor (Substation)
  • 3-year Diploma in Electrical / EEE 
  •  Valid 33KV Supervisor License / Competency Certificate 
  • 2 years experience in substation maintenance.
Technical Assistant (All Streams)
  • Minimum 3-year full-time Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Shipbuilding / Instrumentation / Civil) 
  •  2 years of relevant experience. (Candidates with only a B.E./B.Tech degree, without a Diploma, are not eligible.)
Nurse (Male)
  • B.Sc. Nursing or a 2-year diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery 
  •  2 years of work experience.
Shipwright Fitter / Welder / Instrument / Diesel Mechanic
  • SSC/Matriculation 
  •  ITI/NTC/NAC in the relevant trade
  •  minimum 2 years of experience in shipbuilding or a related industry.
Khalasi
  • SSC 
  •  ITI (Fitter) with 2 years of shipbuilding experience; OR SSC

Safety Steward

Age Relaxation 

Candidates की आयु सीमा की Count के लिए Reference Date 30 September 2026 निर्धारित की गई है। Reserved Categories के उम्मीदवारों को केंद्र सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार ऊपरी आयु सीमा में नियमानुसार छूट प्रदान की जाएगी:

GSL Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process 

Selection Process में Written Test, Document Verification तथा Skill / Trade Test शामिल होगी। लिखित परीक्षा में 25% प्रश्न General Aptitude तथा 75% प्रश्न संबंधित विषय/ट्रेड से पूछे जाएँगे।

Phase-wise Selection Details:

  • Written Test: यह परीक्षा ऑनलाइन कंप्यूटर आधारित (CBT) अथवा ओएमआर पेन-पेपर (PBT) मोड में आयोजित हो सकती है। कुल प्रश्नों में 25% सामान्य योग्यता तथा 75% Subject-specific technical प्रश्न होंगे। 
  • Document Verification: लिखित परीक्षा में Minimum Qualifying Marks प्राप्त करने वाले Candidates को Fundamental educational, जाति, Experience तथा पहचान प्रमाण-पत्रों की जांच हेतु बुलाया जाएगा। 
  • Skill / Trade Test: लिखित परीक्षा और DV में सफल अभ्यर्थियों का Related trade or technical work में Practical Skills Test आयोजित किया जाएगा। 
  • Travelling Allowance (TA): लिखित परीक्षा पास कर Skill Test हेतु पात्र होने वाले  Outstation Candidates को निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन से गोवा तक का 2nd Sleeper Class रेल किराया नियमानुसार Reimbursement किया जाएगा।

  3. Advt. No. 09/2026 के अंतर्गत ‘Apply Online’ विकल्प चुनें और जिस पद के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, उसका चयन करें। 
  4. अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, जन्मतिथि, पता, शैक्षणिक योग्यता तथा प्रारंभिक नियुक्ति से लेकर अब तक के कार्यानुभव का विवरण सावधानीपूर्वक भरें। 
  5. Recent Passport Size Color Photo (सफेद पृष्ठभूमि, 450 KB से कम) तथा सादे सफेद कागज पर काली स्याही से किए गए Signature (450 KB से कम) स्कैन करके Upload करें। 
  6. जन्मतिथि प्रमाण (10वीं का प्रमाण-पत्र, 500 KB से कम), Educational Marksheets/Degrees (1 MB से कम), Caste/PwBD Certificates (500 KB से कम) और पहचान पत्र दस्तावेज़ (500 KB से कम) अपलोड करें।
