Crucial Alert: The 5th Option Rule (Option ‘E’):

  1. Every question presents choices labeled A, B, C, D, and E.
  2. If you do not wish to solve a question, you MUST bubble option ‘E’.
  3. Leaving all 5 options blank triggers a penalty where the 1/3rd mark will be slashed for that individual question.
  4. Disqualification Warning: If you leave more than 10% of the total questions completely un-bubbled (blank across all 5 choices), you will be directly disqualified from the exam.
  5. An extra 10 minutes will be given at the end of the exam to safely bubble any remaining ‘E’ options.

Application Process

Step 1: SSO Portal Login: Head over to the official Rajasthan Single Sign-On portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in and enter your credentials. If you don’t have an ID, register using your Jan Aadhaar or Google account.

Step 2: One-Time Registration (OTR) Setup: Navigate to the Recruitment Portal and select the OTR (One Time Registration) tab. Carefully configure your personal parameters—Reservation Category, Disability status, and Domicile details. Pay the OTR fee (₹600 or ₹400) online via e-Mitra, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit card.

Note: If you have previously paid the OTR fee for any past RSSB exam, you do not need to pay it again.

Step 3: Fetching Live Photo & Documents: The application mechanics have changed significantly. Your personal fields, Live Photograph, Signature, and Thumb Impression are directly fetched into the form via your updated OTR profile data. Ensure you are capturing your live photo against a clear, well-lit white background. Crop signature files to fit standard proportions ($280 \times 80$ to $560 \times 160$ pixels) inside JPEG files ranging from 20 KB to 50 KB.

Step 4: Final Review & Checklist Submission: Verify your regional academic preferences through the “View Checklist” tool under the “My Recruitment” menu. Once satisfied, hit Final Submit. A unique Application ID will be generated. Print this confirmation form out for future verification phases.
