NALCO Non-Executive Personnel 2026: Selection Process
NALCO Recruitment 2026 का Selection Process बहुत ही पारदर्शी और योग्यता पर आधारित है। विभिन्न Posts के अनुसार Selection Process के चरण निर्धारित किए गए हैं। मुख्य रूप से Candidates को Computer Based Test (CBT) से गुज़रना होगा, और कुछ विशेष Posts के लिए Trade Test का भी आयोजन किया जाएगा। अंत में Document Verification और Medical Examination भी होगा।

परीक्षा में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने के लिए Candidates को Exam Pattern की भली-भांति जानकारी होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। NALCO द्वारा आयोजित की जाने वाली Computer Based Test (CBT) का Exam Pattern बहुत ही स्पष्ट है। परीक्षा में सभी प्रश्न Objective Multiple-Choice Type (MCQs) होंगे। परीक्षा English और Hindi दोनों भाषाओं में आयोजित की जाएगी। इस परीक्षा में कोई Negative Marking नहीं है, इसलिए Candidates बिना किसी डर के सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर दे सकते हैं।

इस परीक्षा में सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए बेहतरीन Preparation Tips को अपनाना बहुत ज़रूरी है। नीचे कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव दिए गए हैं जो Candidates को उनकी तैयारी में मदद करेंगे:
- Syllabus और Exam Pattern को समझें : अपनी तैयारी शुरू करने से पहले सम्पूर्ण Syllabus और Exam Pattern का विश्लेषण करें। इससे आपको यह पता चलेगा कि किन विषयों पर अधिक ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है।
