Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) ने Executive पदों के लिए एक नई भर्ती निकाली है। HCL भारत सरकार के Under काम करने वाली एक Miniratna कंपनी है। इस भर्ती में कुल 70 Vacancies निकाली गई हैं। ये Vacancies Major रूप से Senior Manager (E4 Grade), Manager (E3 Grade), और Deputy Manager (E2 Grade) पदों के लिए हैं। यह भर्ती अलग-अलग Departments जैसे Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, HR, Finance, और Health Services में की जाएगी।

इस नौकरी में Select होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को बहुत ही अच्छा Pay दिया जाएगा। E4 Grade के लिए वेतन Rs. 70,000 से Rs. 2,00,000 तक होगा। वहीं E3 Grade के लिए Rs. 60,000 से Rs. 1,80,000 और E2 Grade के लिए Rs. 50,000 से Rs. 1,60,000 के बीच वेतन Decide किया गया है। नौकरी पाने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को कंपनी में कम से कम 3 साल तक काम करने के लिए Rs. 3 Lakhs का एक Service Agreement Bond भी भरना होगा।

इस भर्ती में कोई भी लिखित परीक्षा नहीं होगी। इसकी Selection Process बहुत ही Simple है और यह पूरी तरह से Interview पर Based है।

Note: आवेदन करने वाले लोगों में से 1 पद के लिए 5 उम्मीदवारों को Personal Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। नौकरी के लिए आपका अंतिम Selection पूरी तरह से Interview में मिले अंकों पर Depend करेगा।

आप Online आवेदन कर सकते हैं। फॉर्म भरने के लिए नीचे दिए गए आसान Steps को अच्छे से Follow करें:
- सबसे पहले अपने Mobile या Computer पर HCL की Official Website (Www.hindustancopper.com) खोलें।
- उसके बाद Home Page पर दिए गए ‘Career’ Section में जाएँ और Official Notification को बहुत ही ध्यान से पढ़ें।
- दिए गए ‘Online Application’ Link पर Click करें और अपना Registration पूरा करें।
- फॉर्म में अपनी सारी जानकारी जैसे अपना नाम, पता, Eligibility और अपना Work Experience सही-सही भरें।
- फॉर्म भरने के बाद अपनी Photo, Signature और माँगे गए सभी जरूरी Documents की Scanned Copy को सही Format में Upload करें।
- अब Application Fee जमा करने की बारी है। General, OBC और EWS उम्मीदवारों को Rs. 500 Online Pay करना होगा। SC, ST और PwBD उम्मीदवारों के लिए यह फॉर्म Free है, उन्हें कोई Fees नहीं देना है।
- पूरा फॉर्म एक बार फिर से जांच लें कि कहीं कोई गलती तो नहीं है और फिर उसे Submit कर दें।
- अंत में, Future की जरूरत के लिए अपने Online आवेदन फॉर्म और Payment Receipt का Print Out निकाल कर अपने पास Safe रख लें।
