BSNL ने Junior Telecom Officer (JTO – Telecom) के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए अपना Official Notification जारी किया है। यह भर्ती वर्ष 2026 के लिए निकाली गई है और इसमें कुल 100 Post पर Direct Recruitment के Through उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा। अगर आपने Engineering में Degree हासिल की है या Related विषय में M.Sc पास की है, तो यह आपके लिए सरकारी क्षेत्र में अपना Career बनाने का एक बहुत ही सुनहरा मौका है। Application Form भरने की Online प्रक्रिया 4 June 2026 से शुरू हो रही है और 3 July 2026 तक चलेगी। इसके बाद Application Edit करने का भी मौका दिया जाएगा। इस भर्ती के लिए Computer Based Test (CBT) अगस्त 2026 में आयोजित होने के Chances है।

BSNL JTO का Form भरने का तरीका बहुत ही आसान है। आप नीचे दिए गए Points को Follow करके अपना Form आसानी से भर सकते हैं:
- सबसे पहले आपको BSNL की Official Website (www.externalexam.bsnl.co.in) पर जाना होगा।
- वहाँ आपको “JTO Direct Recruitment 2026” का Link दिखाई देगा, उस पर Click करें।
- Registration करने के लिए अपना Mobile Number और Email ID डालें। आपको एक OTP मिलेगा जिससे आपका Registration पूरा होगा।
- Registration के बाद, आपको अपनी Personal Details, Educational Details और Circle Preference (आप 1 से लेकर 21 Circle तक अपनी पसंद के अनुसार चुन सकते हैं) भरनी होगी।
- इसके बाद अपनी Recent Passport Size Photo (20kb-50kb) और Signature (10kb-20kb) Upload करें।
- साथ ही आपको अपने Age Proof (10th Marksheet), Degree Certificate, Category Certificate (अगर लागू हो) Upload करने होंगे।
- सारी जानकारी सही-सही भरने के बाद, अपनी Category के अनुसार Application Fee का Online Payment करें।

BSNL JTO Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process
BSNL JTO पद के लिए Selection Process बहुत ही Transparent है। उम्मीदवारों का Selection नीचे दिए गए Stages के आधार पर होगा:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): सबसे पहले सभी उम्मीदवारों को एक Online Exam देना होगा। यह Exam 3 घंटे का होगा जिसमें Objective Type (MCQ) Questions पूछे जाएंगे।
- Merit List: Exam में मिले Marks के आधार पर एक All India Merit List तैयार की जाएगी।
- Circle Allotment: उम्मीदवारों की Merit Rank और उनके द्वारा Form भरते समय चुने गए Circle Preference के आधार पर उन्हें Circle Allocate किया जाएगा।
- Document Verification: Merit List में नाम आने वाले उम्मीदवारों को अपने Original Documents के Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यहाँ आपके सभी Certificates की जाँच होगी।
- Medical Examination: जो उम्मीदवार Documents Verification में सफल होंगे, उनका BSNL के Medical Standards के अनुसार Medical Exam होगा।
- Training Phase: Medical Fit होने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को Training पर भेजा जाएगा। इसमें 10 Weeks की Phase-I Training, 4 Weeks की Field Training, और 6 Weeks की Phase-II Training शामिल होगी।
- Seniority Rule: अगर Exam में दो उम्मीदवारों के Marks बराबर आते हैं, तो जिस उम्मीदवार की Age अधिक होगी, उसे Seniority दी जाएगी।

Note Exam Rules:
- हर सही उत्तर के लिए 4 Marks दिए जाएंगे।
- हर गलत उत्तर के लिए 1 Mark (Negative Marking) काट लिया जाएगा।
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: Unreserved (UR) और OBC (CL) के लिए हर Section में कम से कम 40% और कुल मिलाकर 50% Marks लाना अनिवार्य है। वहीं SC/ST, OBC (NCL), EWS और PwBD Category के लिए हर Section में 35% और कुल मिलाकर 45% Marks लाना अनिवार्य है।

Preparation Tips
- Understand the Syllabus: सबसे पहले ऊपर दिए गए Syllabus का Print निकाल लें और देखें कि आपको कौन-कौन से Topics पढ़ने हैं।
- Clear Basic Concepts: Engineering के विषय काफी Technical होते हैं। इसलिए अपने Degree के Basics को फिर से Revise करें। खास तौर पर Communication और Network Theory पर ज्यादा ध्यान दें।
- Make Short Notes: पढ़ते समय हर Topic के Short Notes जरूर बनाएं। Exam से पहले Revision करने में ये Notes बहुत काम आते हैं।
- Previous Year Papers: BSNL के पुराने Question Papers को Solve करें। इससे आपको अंदाज़ा लग जाएगा कि Exam में किस Level के Questions पूछे जाते हैं।
- Mock Tests: Online Mock Test देना शुरू करें। इससे आपकी Speed बढ़ेगी और आपको Time Management करना आ जाएगा। याद रखें Exam में 3 घंटे में 120 Questions करने हैं।
- Avoid Negative Marking: Exam में Negative Marking (-1 Mark) है। इसलिए जिस Question का Answer आपको बिल्कुल नहीं पता, उसे छोड़ देना ही बेहतर है।
Admit Card
Admit Card से जुड़ी मुख्य बातें इस प्रकार हैं:
- Exam का Admit Card BSNL की Official Website पर Online जारी किया जाएगा।
- Admit Card किसी भी उम्मीदवार को Post या Email के माध्यम से घर पर नहीं भेजा जाएगा।
- उम्मीदवारों को अपना Registration Number (User Name) और Password डालकर Website से खुद अपना Admit Card Download करना होगा।
- Admit Card का Print Out निकाल कर ही आपको Exam Centre पर जाना होगा। इसके बिना Entry नहीं मिलेगी।
- Exam देने के लिए भारत भर में 27 Cities (जैसे Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow आदि) में Centre बनाए जाएंगे, जो आपके Admit Card पर लिखे होंगे।
Result
Result की प्रक्रिया के बारे में जानकारी नीचे दी गई है:
- Online Exam खत्म होने के बाद 5 दिनों के अंदर Official Website पर Provisional Answer Key जारी कर दी जाएगी।
- अगर आपको किसी Answer पर शक है तो आप 400 रुपये प्रति प्रश्न देकर Objection दर्ज कर सकते हैं।
- Final Result और Merit List आपके Section I, II और III में प्राप्त Marks के आधार पर बनेगी।
- Minimum Qualifying Marks लाना अनिवार्य है, तभी आपका नाम Merit List में जोड़ा जाएगा।
- Result आने के बाद सफल उम्मीदवारों को Document Verification और Medical Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा और अंत में उन्हें 21 में से उनकी Preference के अनुसार Circle Allot कर दिया जाएगा।
