Haryana Government ने राज्य के Ex-Agniveers के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया है। मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी की Chairmanship में हुई हरियाणा कैबिनेट की बैठक में यह फैसला लिया गया कि पूर्व अग्निवीरों को बिना किसी Written Examination के ही Group-C की नौकरियां दी जाएंगी। Indian Navy से 21 नवंबर को वापस लौट रहे पहले बैच के अग्निवीरों को इस नई Policy का सबसे ज्यादा लाभ मिलेगा। हरियाणा के मूल निवासी पूर्व अग्निवीरों के लिए यह फैसला अत्यंत लाभकारी सिद्ध होगा।
Approved Amendments के अनुसार, पात्र उम्मीदवारों को CET, Physical Screening Test – PST और Physical Measurement Test – PMT से पूरी Exemption प्रदान की गई है।

Key Benefits and Exemptions for Ex-Agniveers
हरियाणा सरकार की कैबिनेट बैठक में राज्य की पुनर्वास एवं रोजगार नीति (Agniveer Policy) के अंतर्गत कई प्रमुख छूटों को मंजूरी दी गई है:
- Horizontal Reservation : पूर्व अग्निवीरों को राज्य की सरकारी नौकरियों और पदों पर Horizontal Reservation दिया जाएगा।
- Age Limit Relaxation : सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार नौकरी की उम्र (Maximum Age Limit) में विशेष छूट दी जाएगी।
- Exemption from CET and Written Exam : Group-C की नौकरियों में सीधी भर्ती के लिए CET और किसी भी तरह की Written Exam नहीं देनी होगी|
- Physical Tests Exemption : कुछ खास पदों जैसे Wildlife Guard, IRB, SDRF में कांस्टेबल और फायर ऑपरेटर कम ड्राइवर के लिए होने वाले PST और PMT से पूरी छूट मिलेगी|
Departmental Upgradation and Service Rules
- Reclassification of Mining Guard Post : Department of Mines and Geology में माइनिंग गार्ड की नौकरी को Group-D से बदलकर Group-C बनाया जा रहा है। ऐसा इसलिए किया जा रहा है ताकि इस पद पर भी पूर्व अग्निवीरों को आरक्षण और भर्ती के सभी फायदे मिल सकें।
- Shortfall Adjustment Provision : अगर पूर्व अग्निवीरों को नौकरी देते समय किसी Category में पद खाली रह जाते हैं या कमी रह जाती है, तो उन पदों को उसी श्रेणी की आने वाली भविष्य की भर्तियों में जोड़कर पूरा किया जाएगा।
- Applicable Service Rules : भर्ती के वक्त परीक्षाओं और टेस्ट से तो छूट मिल जाएगी, लेकिन नौकरी मिलने के बाद उस विभाग के बाकी सभी नियम, शर्तें और कानून वैसे ही लागू रहेंगे जैसे बाकी कर्मचारियों पर होते हैं।
