Educational Qualification	Candidates must have Intermediate or Equivalent examination with Science or Maths from a Recognised Board/Council in India or a Recognised School in Uttarakhand
Preferential Qualification	Preference will be given to Candidates who have Served in the Territorial Army for at Least 2 years OR Candidates hold an NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate, when Other Things are Equal
State Eligibility	Candidate Must Fulfil At least One Condition: Registered in an Uttarakhand Employment Exchange by the Last Date, hold a Uttarakhand Domicile/Permanent Resident Certificate OR Have passed High School and Intermediate from Recognised Institutions in Uttarakhand
Nationality	Candidate Must be an Indian Citizen OR Fall Under the Specified Eligibility for a Tibetan Refugee who Came to India Before 1 January 1962 OR A Specified Person of Indian Origin who Migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda or Tanzania.
