  • Step-I (OTPR Registration): Commission की Official Website [https://psc.ap.gov.in](https://psc.ap.gov.in) पर जाएँ। यदि पहली बार apply कर रहे हैं, तो One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) करके अपनी बायो-डाटा डिटेल्स भरें और OTPR ID प्राप्त करें।
  • Step-II (Login): अपनी User Name (OTPR ID) और Password के साथ Login करें और “Online Application Submission” पर click करें।
  • Step-III (Fill Application): संबंधित Notification के सामने “Fill Application” पर click करके Qualification, Post preferences, Examination centre आदि ध्यानपूर्वक भरें।
