Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) का मुख्य उद्देश्य Candidates की Physical Fitness, Stamina और Strength को चेक करना है।

Physical Measurement Rules
- Exact Measurement: आपकी Height और Chest की नाप सेंटीमीटर के Point (Decimal) के बाद एक नंबर तक (जैसे 165.2 cm) सटीक नापी जाती है।
- Strict Rejection: अगर आपकी नाप तय की गई Minimum Limit से थोड़ी सी भी कम निकली (जैसे 165 cm की जगह 164.9 cm), तो आपको सीधा Disqualify कर दिया जाएगा।
- Weight according to Height & Age: आपका Weight आपकी Height और Age के हिसाब से सही Ratio में होना चाहिए।

LASIK Surgery Criteria
- Age: Candidate की उम्र 18 से 35 साल के बीच होनी चाहिए।
- Axial Length: 21 से 26 mm के बीच।
- Corneal Thickness: Minimum 425 Micron।
- Pre-LASIK Error: Maximum -6 D।
- Post-Operative Period: Refractive Flap पूरी तरह Stable होना चाहिए।
- Mandatory Interval: Medical/Recruitment के समय LASIK Surgery को कम से कम 6 महीने (06 Months) पूरे हो जाने चाहिए।
UPSC CAPF AC PET Date Out: Steps to Download Admit Card
Admit Card डाउनलोड करने के सरल Steps नीचे दिए गए हैं।
- SSB की Official Website (https://ssb.gov.in या https://recruitment.ssb.gov.in) पर जाएं।
- Homepage पर दिए गए PST/PET Admit Card link पर Click करें।
- अपना Login Details (जैसे Roll Number / Application Number और Password / Date of Birth) दर्ज करें।
- Submit बटन पर Click करते ही आपका e-Admit Card Screen पर प्रदर्शित हो जाएगा।
- Admit Card को Download करें और भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए उसका Printout निकाल लें।
Important Instructions or Documents to be Carried
Physical Test / Exam Venue पर Candidates को निम्नलिखित Documents और Instructions का पालन करना अनिवार्य है:
- e-Admit Card: Candidates को SSB की official website से डाउनलोड किया गया valid e-Admit Card अनिवार्य रूप से साथ लाना होगा।
- Original Photo ID Proof: Profile में दर्ज किया गया valid original photo identity proof (जैसे Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport या Driving License) अपने साथ लेकर जाए।
- Black Ball Point Pen: OMR Sheet पर Details भरने या Attendance Sheet साइन करने के लिए केवल Black Ball Point Pen का उपयोग करें।
- Reporting Time: Candidates को Venue पर Allotted Session शुरू होने से कम से कम 30 Minutes पहले पहुँचना आवश्यक है।
- Banned Items: Exam Venue के अंदर Mobile Phones, Smart Watches, Bluetooth Devices या कोई भी Electronic Equipment ले जाना सख्त मना है।
- Mandatory Face Authentication: Entry gate पर सभी Candidates के लिए mandatory Face Authentication प्रोसेस किया जाएगा।
What After the PET/PST?
Physical Standards Test (PST) और Physical Efficiency Test (PET) पास करने के बाद आगे की प्रक्रिया निम्नलिखित चरणों में संपन्न की जाएगी:
Interview/Personality Test: PST/PET में Qualified अभ्यर्थियों को Commission द्वारा आयोजित किए जाने वाले Interview/Personality Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। जो Candidates PET में Unqualified होंगे, उन्हें Interview के लिए नहीं बुलाया जाएगा। यह Interview कुल 150 Marks का होगा।
Medical Standards Tests: Interview/Personality Test में शामिल होने वाले Candidates का Medical Standards Test कराया जाएगा। यह परीक्षण Ministry of Home Affairs द्वारा नियुक्त Nodal Authority की देखरेख में होगा। DME Result घोषित होने के 24 Hours के भीतर Appellate Authority के समक्ष Appeal दायर की जा सकती है।
Final Selection / Merit List: Candidates द्वारा Written Examination और Interview/Personality Test में प्राप्त अंकों (Marks) के आधार पर Final Merit List तैयार की जाएगी।
