| Phase 1: Screening Of Applications | Administrative Screening For Age, Qualification, And Experience Verification. Followed By Technical Screening Level 1 Based On Bio-Data And Relevance Of Experience. |
| Phase 2: Preliminary Online Interview | If The Number Of Candidates Is Very Large, A Short Preliminary Online Interview Of 10 To 15 Minutes Will Be Conducted To Shortlist Candidates For The Final Stage. |
| Phase 3: Final Personal Interview | In-Person Final Personal Interview Will Be Conducted At RAC, Delhi. Candidates Must Score A Minimum Of 75% Marks (75 Out Of 100) To Be Considered For Final Selection. |

Application Process :
अगर आप इन पदों के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, तो आप बहुत आसानी से Online Apply कर सकते हैं। Application Form भरने के लिए नीचे दिए गए Steps को Follow करें:
- सबसे पहले, आपको DRDO RAC की Official Website (Https://Rac.Gov.In) पर जाना होगा।
- Apply करने के लिए सबसे पहले Website पर मौजूद “Register” Button पर Click करें और अपनी Basic Details (जैसे Mobile Number और Email ID) डालकर अपना Registration पूरा करें।
- Registration के बाद, अपने Account में लॉग इन करें और Online आवेदन Form को सही-सही भरें। ध्यान रखें कि आपका नाम और आपके माता-पिता का नाम आपके Date Of Birth Proof (जैसे 10th Class Certificate) से Match करना चाहिए।
- Form भरते समय अपने Work अनुभव की बिल्कुल सही जानकारी दें। अगर आप किसी Government Department या PSU में काम कर रहे हैं, तो आपको Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA) Declaration भी अपलोड करना होगा और Interview के समय No Objection Certificate (NOC) दिखाना होगा।
- अपने सभी ज़रूरी Documents ध्यान से अपलोड करें। इसमें आपकी Mark Sheets, Degree, Experience Certificates, Salary Proofs, Form 16A, और Caste Certificate (अगर लागू हो) शामिल हैं।
- आपका Passport Size Colour Photograph और Signature का Size 30 KB से ज़्यादा नहीं होना चाहिए। अन्य सभी Documents का File Size Maximum 500 KB होना चाहिए और वे बिल्कुल साफ़ और PDF Format में होने चाहिए। कोई भी Document Password Protected नहीं होना चाहिए।
- अगर आप General, OBC, या EWS Category के पुरुष Candidate हैं, तो आपको 100 रुपये की आवेदन Fee Online Pay करनी होगी। महिलाओं और SC/ST/Divyang उम्मीदवारों के लिए यह Form बिल्कुल Free है।
- आवेदन Form को Final Submit करने से पहले एक बार “Preview” Option पर Click करके अपनी सारी जानकारी जाँच लें। Final Submission के बाद Form में कोई भी सुधार नहीं होगा और कोई नया Document Accept नहीं किया जाएगा।
- Final Submission के बाद, अपने Form का Printout निकालकर अपने पास भविष्य के लिए सुरक्षित रख लें।
