Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) ने Recently आयोजित अपनी Mining Sirdar और Assistant Foreman (Trainee) परीक्षा की Answer Key जारी कर दी है। जिन भी उम्मीदवारों ने Mining Sirdar और Assistant Foreman (Trainee) के पदों के लिए 14 October 2026 को Computer Based Test (CBT) दिया था, वे सभी उम्मीदवार Official Website पर जाकर अपने दिए गए उत्तरों का मिलान कर सकते हैं।

WCL द्वारा निकाली गई इस भर्ती में कुल 444 खाली पदों को भरा जाना है। इसमें से 220 पद Mining Sirdar (T&S Grade-C) के लिए और 224 पद Assistant Foreman (Electrical) के लिए रखे गए हैं। यह T&S Grade-C Level की नौकरी है जिसमें शुरुआत में ही Basic Pay 47,330.25 रुपये Per Month होगा। इसके अलावा कई तरह के भत्ते भी दिए जाएंगे।

Website के होमपेज पर आपको “Career” या फिर “Recruitment” नाम का एक Option दिखाई देगा, उस पर क्लिक करें।
अब आपको वहाँ पर Employment Notification 2026/69 से जुड़ा हुआ “Answer Key Download” का लिंक खोजना है।
जैसे ही आप उस लिंक पर क्लिक करेंगे, आपसे आपका Login ID और Password माँगा जाएगा, उसे बिल्कुल सही-सही भरें।
सारी जानकारी भरकर Login करते ही आपकी स्क्रीन पर आपकी Answer Key खुल जाएगी।

अगर आपको Answer Key देखने के बाद लगता है कि WCL ने किसी सही जवाब को गलत मान लिया है, तो आप इसके Against Objection दर्ज करवा सकते हैं। इसका पूरा Process नीचे बताया गया है:

Objection दर्ज करने के लिए सबसे पहले Official Website पर जाकर अपने अकाउंट में Login करें।
Login करने के बाद आपको अपने डैशबोर्ड पर “Raise Objection” का एक लिंक दिखाई देगा, उस पर क्लिक करें।
अब उस Question Number को चुनें जिसके उत्तर में आपको गलती लग रही है।
अपने सही जवाब को साबित करने के लिए आपको कोई Proof या किसी Standard किताब का Page (Which Proves Your Answer is Right) स्कैन करके अपलोड करना होगा।

What’s After The Answer Key?

Answer Key आने के बाद इस पूरी भर्ती प्रक्रिया में आगे क्या-क्या होगा, यह हमने नीचे कुछ Points में समझाया है:

Result Declaration: जब सभी उम्मीदवार अपने Objections जमा कर देंगे, उसके बाद विभाग उन सभी Objections की जाँच करेगा। सब कुछ सही होने पर एक Final Answer Key और परीक्षा का Result WCL की Official Website पर घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।
Merit List: CBT परीक्षा में उम्मीदवारों को जितने नंबर मिलेंगे, उसी के आधार पर उनकी Caste और Category के अनुसार एक Merit List तैयार की जाएगी।
Document Verification: जिन भी उम्मीदवारों का नाम इस Merit List में आएगा, उन्हें अपने सभी Original Documents दिखाने के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। WCL कुल खाली पदों से 3 गुना ज्यादा उम्मीदवारों को DV के लिए बुलाएगा।
Medical Examination: जिन उम्मीदवारों के सभी Original Documents Verify हो जाएंगे, उन्हें WCL के मेडिकल नियमों के अनुसार Initial Medical Examination से गुजरना होगा।
Joining: जो उम्मीदवार मेडिकल टेस्ट में पूरी तरह से फिट पाए जाएंगे, उन्हें अंत में WCL द्वारा Appointment Letter दे दिया जाएगा और वे अपनी नौकरी शुरू कर सकेंगे।

Computer Based Test (CBT) पास करने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी दूसरी लिखित परीक्षा या Interview नहीं होगा। इसके बाद केवल आपके Documents की जाँच होगी। इस अगले Stage की पूरी प्रक्रिया को नीचे Table में समझाया गया है।
