| Eligibility Parameter | Criteria |

| Educational Qualification – Non-ITI | Passed Class 10 (Madhyamik/Matriculation) or equivalent from a recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate marks, and at least 40% marks in Mathematics & Science each. |
| Educational Qualification – ITI (Ex-ITI) | Passed Class 10 (Madhyamik/Matriculation) and ITI in relevant trade from an NCVT/SCVT recognized institute with minimum 50% marks in ITI examination. |
| Minimum Age | 14 years (for general trades) and 18 years for designated hazardous trades as per the Apprentice Act. |
| Maximum Age | 35 years as on the closing date of application. |
| Age Relaxation | Applicable as per Government of India and Apprenticeship Act rules for reserved categories. |
| Other Conditions | Candidate must have passed the required qualification on or before the closing date of online application. Applicants awaiting results are not eligible. |
