| 1 | PET 2025 Scorecard | Candidates must have a valid UPSSSC PET 2025 Scorecard. Without this, they will not be able to participate in the recruitment process. |
| 2 | 12th Pass | The candidate must have passed 12th (Intermediate) from a recognized board such as UP Board, CBSE, or equivalent. |
| 3 | Special Education Diploma | Candidates must possess a Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) in the relevant disability field (e.g., Diploma in Hearing Impairment for hearing disability, Diploma in Visual Impairment for visual disability, etc.). |
| 4 | RCI Registration | It is mandatory for candidates to have registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) to work as a Special Educator. |
