UPSC Geo Scientist Mains Result: Selection Process

Phase 2Mains ExaminationCandidates who clear the Preliminary Examination appear for the Mains Examination (Descriptive Type). The Mains Exam is used to shortlist candidates for the Personality Test.
Phase 3Personality Test / InterviewCandidates qualifying in the Mains Examination are called for the Personality Test/Interview conducted by UPSC.
Final SelectionMerit ListFinal selection is made on the basis of combined performance in the Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination, and Personality Test.
