UPSC Civil Services IAS/IFS Pre Recruitment: Application Process
Step 1: One-Time Registration (OTR)
Visit the official UPSC portal.
Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) by providing basic details such as name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.
Verify your contact details through OTP.
Step 2: Fill the Online Application Form
Log in using your OTR credentials.
Select the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2026.
Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, category, and exam center preference carefully.
Step 3: Upload Documents
Upload a recent passport-size photograph.
Upload signature and photo ID proof (as per prescribed format and size).
Step 4: Pay the Application Fee
Pay the fee online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI.
Reserved categories and female candidates may be eligible for fee exemption as per rules.
Step 5: Final Submission
