| Architectural Assistant | Candidates must have passed Intermediate with knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script, along with a Diploma/Certificate in Architecture or a 3-year full-time Architectural Assistantship Course from a recognised institution. Relevant experience in architectural planning is also required. |
| Estate Manager | Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA or PG Diploma in Management. Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script is required. |
| Microbiologist | Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree in Microbiology from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification approved by the Government. A minimum of 3 years of experience in microbiological testing of food is required. |
| Manager (System) | Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised university/institution or an equivalent qualification. |
