Eligibility	Age Relaxation
A candidate for direct recruitment must possess a Master’s Degree from a recognised University in Sociology or any subject of Social Science. Preferential Qualification (i) Experience of Extension Work; or (ii) Training under Family Welfare (iii) served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or (iv) obtained a ‘B’ certificate of National Cadet Corps.	Age relaxation is permissible as per rules

On the homepage, go to the Admit Card section.
Click on the UP HEO Admit Card 2026 download link.
Enter your OTR Number and Date of Birth.
Enter the required details and click on the Submit/Download Admit Card button.
Your UP HEO Admit Card 2026 will appear on the screen.
Check your Name, Roll Number, Exam Date, Exam Centre, Photograph, and Signature carefully.
Download and save the Admit Card PDF.
Take a Printout of the Admit Card and carry it to the examination centre.
