SSC CPO SI PET/PST Admit Card: Eligibility

Post NameEligibility Criteria
Sub Inspector (GD) in Delhi Police & CAPFsCandidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Sub Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police (Male)Male candidates must have a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) as on the date of Physical Endurance and Standard Tests (PET/PST). Without this, they will not be allowed to appear in PET/PST.

SSC CPO SI PET/PST Admit Card: Selection Process

Stage 1Paper 1 – Computer-Based Test (CBT)Candidates must appear for Paper 1, which is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The examination assesses candidates’ knowledge of General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Candidates who secure the required qualifying marks are shortlisted for the Physical Tests.
Stage 2Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET)Candidates qualifying in Paper 1 are required to undergo the Physical Standard Test (PST) to verify prescribed physical measurements such as height and chest (where applicable), followed by the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) to assess physical fitness through running and other activities as per SSC norms. These tests are qualifying in nature.
Stage 3Paper 2 – Computer-Based Test (English Comprehension)Candidates who qualify the PET/PST are eligible to appear for Paper 2, which is conducted in CBT mode. This paper evaluates the candidate’s proficiency in the English language, including comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills. The marks obtained in this stage are considered for the final merit.
Stage 4Detailed Medical Examination (DME)Candidates who qualify Paper 2 undergo a Detailed Medical Examination (DME) to determine whether they meet the medical standards prescribed for the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs. Candidates must be declared medically fit to be considered for final selection.
Final SelectionMerit List & AppointmentThe final merit list is prepared based on the candidate’s performance in Paper 1 and Paper 2, subject to successful qualification in the PET/PST, Detailed Medical Examination (DME), and fulfillment of all eligibility conditions and document verification requirements prescribed by SSC.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) or the respective SSC Regional website.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Admit Card” section.

Step 3: Select your SSC Regional Website based on the region you applied from.

Step 4: Click on the link for “SSC CPO SI PET/PST Admit Card 2026”.

Step 5: Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth in the required fields.

Step 6: Complete the Captcha verification (if required) and click on the “Login” or “Submit” button.

Step 7: Your SSC CPO SI PET/PST Admit Card 2026 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 8: Verify all the details mentioned on the admit card, download it, and take a clear printout. Carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the PET/PST venue on the day of the examination.
