| Academic Qualification | Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university established by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India |
| Recognized Institutions | Degrees from institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared as Deemed University under UGC Act, 1956 are also valid |
| Equivalent Qualification | Any qualification recognized as equivalent by the Government in consultation with the Commission is acceptable |
| Language Requirement | Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script is mandatory |
| Cultural Knowledge | Awareness of Rajasthani culture is required |
| Final Year Students | Candidates appearing in or in the final year of their degree are eligible to apply |
