| Post-Graduation | Post Graduate degree (or equivalent examination recognized by UGC) in one of the following subjects: 1. English 2. Hindi 3. History 4. Political Science 5. Sociology 6. Music |
| Professional Degree | B.Ed. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. with a 2-year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). |
| RCI Registration (Mandatory) | Candidates must be registered (temporarily or permanently) with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) before the date of the recruitment exam, and must present a permanent registration number before final appointment. |
| Language & Culture | Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture. |
