Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university At least 120 hours of a computer course with practical experience OR ‘O-Level Certificate from DOEACC (NIELIT) Punjabi language qualification up to the Matric level is mandatory	SC / ST Candidates Of Punjab: Up To 42 Years. State / Central Government Employees: Up To 45 Years, With Applicable Age Relaxation. Ex-Servicemen: As Per The Punjab Recruitment Of Ex-Servicemen Rules, 1982; The Period Of Service May Be Deducted From The Age. Punjab Defence Personnel: Upper Age Limit Of 47 Years, With 10 Years Age Relaxation. Widows, Divorcees & Certain Married Women: Age Relaxation Up To 40 Years, As Per Punjab Government Rules.
