Haryana Staff Selection Commission has officially released the PMT Admit Card for the recruitment of Constable General Duty (Male/Female/GRP) Posts on its official website. The Physical Measurement Test (PMT) is scheduled to be conducted from 11 May to 18 May 2026.
The online application process for this recruitment was conducted from 11 January 2026 to 19 March 2026. Candidates who have successfully applied can now download their PMT admit card by logging into the portal using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth. Candidates are advised to download their admit card and verify all details carefully before appearing for the PMT.

HSSC Constable PMT/PST Admit Card : Download Process
Step 1: Visit the official website of Haryana Staff Selection Commission.
Step 2: On the homepage, open the Recruitment / Admit Card section.
Step 3: Click on the “Constable PMT Admit Card 2026” download link.
Step 4: Enter your Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth in the required fields.
Step 5: Complete the verification process and click on the Submit / Login button.
Step 6: Your PMT admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 7: Check all details carefully, including your name, PMT date, venue, and reporting time.
Step 8: Download the admit card and take a clear printout for future use.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
The PMT is qualifying in nature. Digital measurement devices will be used so candidates can see their results on a monitor.

Physical Screening Test (PST)
Only candidates who pass the PMT will move on to the PST. This test uses RFID technology to ensure accurate timing.
