The Haryana HTET Admit Card 2026 will be released by the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) on its official website before the examination. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms will be able to download their admit cards by logging in with their registration number and password/date of birth. The admit card is a mandatory document that contains important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, shift timing, examination centre, and exam-day instructions. Candidates must download and print the admit card well in advance and carry it along with a valid photo ID to the examination centre.

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks AND passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks AND passed/appearing in final year of 2-year D.El.Ed (as per NCTE Regulations, 2002).

OR

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks AND passed/appearing in final year of 4-year B.El.Ed.


OR


Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks AND passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

Graduation AND passed/appearing in final year of 2-year D.El.Ed.

Matric (10th) with Hindi/Sanskrit


OR

Sr. Secondary / Graduation / Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects.

Level-2

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

(Classes VI – VIII)

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant elective/honours subject AND BTC/JBT/D.Ed/D.El.Ed.

OR

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant elective/honours subject AND B.Ed / B.Ed (Special Education).

OR

4-year B.El.Ed with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject.

OR

4-year Integrated B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. B.Ed. with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject.

Matric (10th) with Hindi/Sanskrit

Higher Education with Hindi as one of the subjects.

Level-3

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

(Lecturer level)

Post Graduate (PG) Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.

AND

B.Ed. from a recognized university.

Haryana HTET Admit Card : Selection Process

Stage 1HTET Written Examination (Qualifying)Candidates must appear for a Pen-and-Paper (OMR-based) test of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) lasting 2.5 hours. There is no negative marking.
Stage 2Securing Minimum Qualifying Marks

Candidates must score the minimum cut-off marks to pass the exam:

• General / OBC / Other State Candidates: 60% (90 out of 150 marks)

• SC / PH Candidates of Haryana Domicile: 55% (82 out of 150 marks)

Stage 3Award of HTET CertificateSuccessful candidates are awarded an HTET Certificate, which remains valid for a lifetime (subject to current policy updates). This certifies your eligibility to apply for teaching jobs in Haryana.
Stage 4Requisite Government Recruitment ApplicationTo actually get selected as a teacher, qualified candidates must monitor and apply for open vacancies advertised by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) for TGT/PRT or Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) for PGT.
Stage 5Final Selection & Document Verification

The final selection relies on the recruitment criteria set by the hiring agency, which generally includes:


1. Main Recruitment Exam Score (conducted by HSSC/HPSC).

2. Socio-Economic Criteria points (if applicable).

3. Document Verification: Verifying academic records, HTET certificate, and mandatory requirement of Matric/Higher Education with Hindi/Sanskrit.

  • On the homepage, click on the “HTET Admit Card 2026” link.
  • Enter your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth in the login portal.
  • Fill in the required Captcha Code and click on the “Login” or “Submit” button.
  • Your HTET Admit Card 2026 will appear on the screen.
  • Verify all the details mentioned on the admit card carefully.
  • Download the admit card PDF and take a clear printout for future use.
  • Carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the examination centre on the exam day.
