| ASI (Pharmacist) | - Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy granted by an institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
- Must be registered as a “Pharmacist” under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

| ASI (X-Ray Technician) | - Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
- 02 years Diploma in Radiography from an institution recognized by the Central or State Government.
