Eligibility Parameter	Details
Educational Qualification	Candidates must have completed Graduation or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution.

BPSSC Bihar Police SI Recruitment : Selection Process

Selection Stage	Process Details
Stage 1: Preliminary Written Examination	Candidates must first appear for the Preliminary Written Examination, which serves as a screening test. Those who qualify are shortlisted for the Main Written Examination.
Stage 2: Main Written Examination	Qualified candidates appear for the Main Written Examination, which assesses their knowledge, aptitude, and subject understanding. Marks obtained in this stage are considered for further selection.
Stage 3: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST)	Candidates who qualify the Main Examination must undergo the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) to assess their physical fitness and verify that they meet the prescribed physical standards.
Stage 4: Document Verification (DV)	Candidates clearing the PET/PST are called for Document Verification, where all original educational certificates, identity proof, category certificates (if applicable), and other required documents are verified.
Stage 5: Medical Examination	Finally, candidates must undergo a Medical Examination to ensure they meet the medical fitness standards prescribed by the Bihar Police. Final selection is subject to medical fitness and successful completion of all previous stages.
