Bihar BSEB DELED Online Form 2026-28: Last Day Today

Bihar BSEB, Patna has released the official notification for admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) two-year course for the 2026–28 session. Admission will be done through the Combined Entrance Examination 2026. The online application process started on 11 December 2025, and candidates can apply until 09 January 2026 (extended). Bihar BSEB DELED: Selection Process

As per the Bihar D.El.Ed selection process 2026, there will be two rounds, written exam and counselling. Candidates have to qualify for both the rounds separately to get admission to 2 2-year D.El.Ed course. Bihar D.El.Ed Written Exam

• The Bihar D.El.Ed Exam will be held in the pen and paper mode
• The questions asked in the examination will be in General Hindi/Urdu language
• The questions in BSEB D.El.Ed 2026 will be multiple choice-based
• There will be no negative marking for the wrong answers marked in the examination

Bihar BSEB DELED Counselling Process

Candidates who qualify for the Bihar D.El.Ed written examination will be called for the counselling process. The counselling round will be held for candidates qualifying for the exam will be considered for selection. In this round, the competent authorities will verify the documents that prove their Bihar D.El.Ed eligibility for the examination. Candidates participating in the counselling round will be assigned a seat based on their performance in the exam and choice filling.
