| Educational Qualification | Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from any university or institution recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI). At the time of interview, candidates must produce a certificate signed by the Principal of the college or competent authority of the university stating that the institution was recognized by BCI at the time of study. |
| Experience Required | As on 23 February 2026 (date of advertisement), the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Advocate practicing at the Bar. The experience will be calculated from the date of provisional enrollment/registration with the respective State Bar Council. The practice certificate must be certified by the Presiding Officer of the concerned court where the candidate is practicing. If not available, it may be certified by an Advocate having at least 10 years of experience. Experience gained as a Law Clerk under any Judge or Judicial Officer in India will also be considered valid. |
