Principal/ Vice Principal: requires a master’s degree, B. Ed and relevant teaching or administrative experience as per AEES norms. PGT: requires a master’s degree in a relevant subject along with a B. Ed. TGT: requires graduation in the concerned subject along with B. Ed. and CTET Paper 2 PRT: requires a 12th pass certificate along with D. El. Ed or B. El. Ed and CTET Paper 1 Balvatika Teacher: requires a 12th pass certificate and a diploma in nursery or early childhood education Librarian: requires a degree in library science or graduation with a diploma in library science	SC/ST: 5 Years OBC-NCL: 3 Years Women Candidates (PGT, TGT, Librarian, PRT & Balvatika Posts): 10 Years Regular AEES Employees: General: 5 Years OBC: 8 Years SC/ST: 10 Years Eligible Central Government Employees With 3 Years Of Continuous Service: General: 5 Years OBC: 8 Years SC/ST: 10 Years PwBD Candidates: General: 10 Years OBC: 13 Years SC/ST: 15 Years
Selection Process	Exam Pattern
Computer Based Test (CBT). Interview for Principal and Vice-Principal, or Skill Test for teaching and Librarian posts. Verification of educational qualifications, experience and applicable certificates. Medical fitness examination before appointment.
