संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) द्वारा Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) में Various पदों पर भर्ती के लिए UPSC EPFO परीक्षा 2026 Organise की जाएगी। यह परीक्षा देश की Prestigious सरकारी परीक्षाओं में से एक मानी जाती है, जिसके माध्यम से Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer (EO/AO) तथा Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) जैसे पदों पर उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाता है।

एक RTI (सूचना का अधिकार) के जवाब के अनुसार, इस साल 391 खाली पदों (vacancies) पर भर्ती होने की उम्मीद है। ये भर्तियां श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय के तहत आने वाले कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (EPFO) में की जाएंगी। EPFO, श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के Under कार्यरत एक Organisation है, जो देश के करोड़ों Employees को भविष्य Funds, पेंशन तथा अन्य Societal सुरक्षा लाभ प्रदान करता है।

UPSC EPFO Exam 2026 : Eligibility Criteria

किसी भी परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए Eligibility Criteria को पूरा करना सबसे पहला Step है। इसमें आपकी Educational Qualification और Age Limit दोनों की जांच की जाती है।

Nationality :

इस पद के लिए Eligible होने हेतु उम्मीदवार का Citizen of India होना आवश्यक है। यदि उम्मीदवार भारतीय नागरिक नहीं है, तो वह निम्नलिखित Situations में भी पात्र माना जा सकता है:

  1. नेपाल या भूटान का नागरिक हो।
  2. तिब्बती Refugee हो, जो वर्ष 1962 से पहले भारत में Permanent रूप से बस गया हो।
  3. Person of Indian Origin हो, जो पाकिस्तान, श्रीलंका, बर्मा (म्यांमार), वियतनाम या पूर्वी अफ्रीका के किसी देश से भारत में Permanent रूप से बसने आया हो।

आवेदन Process पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन है और उम्मीदवारों को Official Website (upsconline.nic.in) के माध्यम से ही अपना फॉर्म भरना होगा।

Application Process :

आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया बहुत ही Simple है। आप नीचे दिए गए Steps Follow करके आसानी से अपना फॉर्म भर सकते हैं:

  1. सबसे पहले UPSC की Official Website पर जाएं।
  2. वहां “One Time Registration (OTR)” लिंक पर क्लिक करें। अगर आपने पहले से Registration किया हुआ है, तो सीधे Continue करें।
  3. UPSC EPFO Exam 2026 के लिए “Apply Online” लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
  4. अपनी सभी जानकारी जैसे नाम, पता, Educational Qualification और अन्य Details भरें।
  5. अपनी पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो, Signature और फोटो पहचान पत्र (जैसे आधार कार्ड) की स्कैन की गई कॉपी अपलोड करें।
  6. अपनी Category के अनुसार आवेदन Fees का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करें।
  7. फॉर्म को अंतिम रूप से जमा करने से पहले सभी जानकारियों को एक बार फिर से जांच लें।

UPSC EPFO में चयनित होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को बहुत ही Attractive वेतन और भत्ते मिलते हैं। यह एक स्थायी नौकरी है।

UPSC EPFO Exam 2026 : Selection Process

UPSC EPFO Exam 2026 की चयन प्रक्रिया बहुत ही Transparent और मुख्य रूप से दो Stages में Divided है। इन दोनों Stages को पार करने के बाद ही अंतिम Eligibility सूची तैयार की जाती है।

  • Phase 1: Combined Recruitment Test (CRT): यह एक पेन और पेपर Based ऑफलाइन परीक्षा है। यह परीक्षा MCQ होगी। इस परीक्षा का कुल Weightage अंतिम चयन में 75% होगा।
  • Phase 2: Interview (Personality Test): जो उम्मीदवार Stage 1 की परीक्षा पास करेंगे, उन्हें Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Interview UPSC भवन, नई दिल्ली में Organise किया जाएगा। इसका Weightage 25% होगा। Interview के लिए 100 अंक हैं।
  • Final Merit List: अंतिम Merit सूची, CRT और Interview के अंकों को मिलाकर (75:25) तैयार की जाएगी। Interview पास करने के लिए Minimum अंक इस प्रकार हैं: सामान्य/EWS के लिए 50, OBC के लिए 45, और SC/ST/PwBD के लिए 40।

  • Understand The Weightage: पिछले वर्षों के प्रश्नों का Analysis करने पर पता चलता है कि General English से लगभग 20 प्रश्न आते हैं। इसलिए अंग्रेजी पर ध्यान दें, यह आपके अंक बढ़ाने में बहुत मदद करेगा।
  • Focus On Core Subjects: Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, और Social Security जैसे विषयों को Priority दें। 
  • Current Affairs: Current Affairs का Weightage लगातार बढ़ रहा है। इसलिए राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय खबरों से लगातार जुड़े रहें।
  • Previous Year Papers: पिछले सालों के प्रश्न पत्र जरूर हल करें। इससे आपको UPSC की प्रश्न पूछने के तरीके का अंदाजा लग जाएगा और आपकी Speed भी बढ़ेगी।
  • Mock Tests: समय सीमा के अंदर OMR शीट पर मॉक टेस्ट देने Practice करें ताकि Negative Marking से बचा जा सके।
  • Target Score: 300 अंकों की परीक्षा में कम से कम 180 अंकों का Target रखें।
  • Revision: परीक्षा से पहले कोई भी नया विषय ना पढ़ें। आपने जो भी नोट्स बनाए हैं, खासकर Social Security Acts का कई बार दोहराव करें।

UPSC EPFO Exam 2026 : Admit Card

परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए Admit Card सबसे Important है। 

  • UPSC द्वारा Admit Card डाक से नहीं भेजा जाएगा।
  • उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा से तीन Week पहले Official Website से अपना Admit Card डाउनलोड करना होगा।
  • परीक्षा केंद्र पर Admit Card के प्रिंटआउट के साथ एक Original फोटो पहचान पत्र (जैसे आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड या वोटर आईडी) ले जाना Necessary है।
  • फॉर्म भरते समय जिस पहचान पत्र का Details दिया गया था, कोशिश करें कि परीक्षा के दिन वही पहचान पत्र साथ लेकर जाएं।
  • परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर किसी भी तरह के मोबाइल फोन, ब्लूटूथ डिवाइस या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक Devices ले जाना मना है।

UPSC EPFO Exam 2026 : Result

UPSC EPFO Exam 2026 का Result भी पूरी तरह से Transparent प्रक्रिया के तहत जारी किया जाएगा।

  • CRT (Phase 1) End होने के कुछ समय बाद Official Website पर Eligibility सूची (रोल नंबर) जारी की जाएगी।
  • Phase 1 में सफल होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को अपने Documents की जांच के लिए DAF भरना होगा।
  • Interview के लिए Minimum योग्यता अंक हैं: UR वर्ग के लिए 50 अंक, OBC के लिए 45 अंक और SC/ST के लिए 40 अंक (100 अंकों में से)।
  • CRT (75%) और Interview (25%) के अंकों के आधार पर अंतिम Result और Merit सूची Declare की जाएगी।
