UPPSC Assistant Town Planner Recruitment : Application Process
UPPSC असिस्टेंट टाउन प्लानर भर्ती 2025 के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन है और इसे चार मुख्य चरणों में विभाजित किया गया है। आवेदन करने से पहले सुनिश्चित करें कि आपके पास एक वैध OTR (One Time Registration) नंबर है।
- Complete OTR Registration: Online Application सबमिट करने से कम से कम 72 घंटे पहले Official UPPSC OTR Portal (otr.pariksha.nic.in) से OTR Number प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।
- First Stage (Authentication): UPPSC की Official Website पर जाएं। Assistant Town Planner Advertisement के तहत "Apply" पर क्लिक करें। अपने OTR Number और OTP या Password का उपयोग करके Authenticate करें। आपकी सभी Basic Details अपने आप आ जाएंगी।
- Second Stage (Submit Details): Post-Specific Details भरें, विशेष रूप से अपनी Essential Qualifications। Preferential Qualifications के लिए आपको Yes/No चुनना होगा।
- Third Stage (Fee Payment): Details सबमिट होने के बाद, 'Fee Confirmation Window' दिखाई देगी। Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, या UPI का उपयोग करके Application Fee का भुगतान करें। Payment Transaction Slip को Download करना न भूलें।
- Fourth Stage (Final Print): सफल Fee Payment के बाद, आपका Final Online Application फॉर्म जनरेट हो जाएगा। इस फॉर्म को Download करें और इसका Printout निकाल लें। इसे सुरक्षित रखें क्योंकि Document Verification स्टेज के दौरान Commission को इसकी Hard Copy जमा करनी होगी।
UPPSC Assistant Town Planner Recruitment : Salary
इस पद के लिए चयनित उम्मीदवारों को उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार अत्यंत आकर्षक वेतनमान प्रदान किया जाएगा। सहायक नगर नियोजक का पद ग्रुप-"B" (Group-"B"), नॉन-गजेटेड श्रेणी में आता है।
- Pay Scale / Pay Matrix: Pay-Matrix Level-10
- Minimum Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600/-
- Maximum Pay Scale: Rs. 39,100/-
इसके अतिरिक्त, सरकारी नियमानुसार महंगाई भत्ता (DA), मकान किराया भत्ता (HRA) और अन्य भत्ते भी देय होंगे, जो इस पद को और भी अधिक आकर्षक बनाते हैं।
UPPSC Assistant Town Planner Recruitment : Selection Process
UPPSC असिस्टेंट टाउन प्लानर भर्ती 2025 की चयन प्रक्रिया को पूर्णतया पारदर्शी और योग्यता आधारित रखा गया है। यह चयन प्रक्रिया मुख्य रूप से दो चरणों में संपन्न होगी:
- Preliminary Examination - Objective Type: यह पहला चरण है जो एक स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट के रूप में कार्य करेगा। इसमें बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न (MCQs) पूछे जाएंगे। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर रिक्तियों की संख्या के 15 गुना उम्मीदवारों को मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए सफल घोषित किया जाएगा।
- Main Written Examination - Conventional Type: प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सफल होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को मुख्य परीक्षा देनी होगी। यह परीक्षा वर्णनात्मक प्रकृति की होगी।
Final Selection: अधिसूचना के अनुसार, उम्मीदवारों का अंतिम चयन केवल मुख्य (लिखित) परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की गई मेरिट लिस्ट के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन प्रक्रिया चयन के अंतिम चरण में होगी, जहाँ उम्मीदवारों को अपने सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
