Exam Pattern & Selection Process
The Selection Process will be completed mainly in three stages:
- Online Written Exam (CBT / OMR Based)
- Documentation & Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET – Running)
- Medical Test
Step 1: Written Examination Pattern
The written exam will be of 400 marks, and you will get 2 hours 30 minutes (150 minutes) to complete it. The exam will consist of a total of 160 questions.

Important Condition: It is required to obtain 50% marks in each subject. If you score less than 50% in any single subject, you will not be eligible for recruitment.
Step 2 : Document Verification (DV)
After clearing the Written Exam, candidates’ original documents will be verified. This includes Educational Certificates, Identity Proof, Caste Certificates (if applicable), and other necessary documents.
Step 3 : Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates who pass the written exam will undergo a Physical Standard Test:
- Height:
- Male (Gen/OBC/SC): 168 cm (ST: 160 cm)
- Female (Gen/OBC/SC): 152 cm (ST: 147 cm)
- Chest (For Males only):
- Gen/OBC/SC: 79 cm (Unexpanded) and 84 cm (Expanded)
- Minimum 5 cm expansion is required.
- Weight (For Females only): Minimum 40 kg.
Step 4 : Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Step 4: Medical Test
Finally, a Medical Examination will be conducted to check Eyesight, Hearing Capacity, and overall health. Only candidates who pass the medical test will be included in the final merit list.
