RSSB ने राजस्थान कॉलेज एजुकेशन सोसाइटी (Raj-CES) के तहत Teaching Associate के पदों पर बम्पर भर्ती के लिए Official Notification जारी कर दिया है। यह उन सभी उम्मीदवारों के लिए एक सुनहरा अवसर है जो राजस्थान के कॉलेजों में अपना करियर बनाना चाहते हैं और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अपना योगदान देना चाहते हैं। इस भर्ती अभियान के तहत कुल 3540 रिक्त पदों को भरा जाएगा, जिनमें विभिन्न विषयों जैसे कि कंप्यूटर विज्ञान, हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, इतिहास, भूगोल, अर्थशास्त्र आदि के लिए अलग-अलग पद निर्धारित किये गए हैं।

यह भर्ती पूरी तरह से Contract के आधार पर होगी, जिसे शुरू में 5 वर्ष के लिए रखा जाएगा और बाद में Need और Performance के आधार पर बढ़ाया भी जा सकता है। जो भी योग्य उम्मीदवार इस भर्ती में शामिल होना चाहते हैं, वे तय तिथियों के भीतर Online Application Form भर सकते हैं।

RSSB Teaching Associate Notification : Eligibility Criteria

किसी भी परीक्षा में आवेदन करने से पहले उसकी योग्यता और आयु सीमा की जांच करना बहुत आवश्यक है। जो उम्मीदवार इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, उन्हें निम्नलिखित Criteria को पूरा करना होगा:

(i) Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University or accredited foreign university.

(ii) Candidate must have cleared NET (UGC/CSIR) or similar test (SLET/SET)

OR

Must hold a Ph.D. degree as per UGC Regulations (2009/2016 and amendments). Ph.D. Exemption from NET (if registered before 11 July 2009) subject to: (a) Ph.D. awarded in regular mode (b) Thesis evaluated by at least 2 external examiners (c) Open viva conducted (d) Minimum 2 research papers published (at least 1 in refereed journal) (e) Minimum 2 conference/seminar papers presented (UGC/ICSSR/CSIR sponsored) (Certification required from Registrar/Dean Academic Affairs)

Note: NET/SLET/SET not required for disciplines where such tests are not conducted. OR B. Ph.D. from Top Ranked University: Ph.D. degree from a university ranked in top 500 globally by: (i) QS World Ranking (ii) Times Higher Education (THE) (iii) ARWU (Shanghai Ranking)

(iii) Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthan's Culture.

Relaxation: 5% marks relaxation at Bachelor’s and Master’s level for:

• SC / ST / OBC (Non-creamy layer) / MBC

• PwD categories including: (a) Blindness & low vision (b) Deaf & hard of hearing (c) Locomotor disability (incl. cerebral palsy, dwarfism, acid attack victims, muscular dystrophy) (d) Autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, mental illness (e) Multiple disabilities including deaf-blindness Important: Relaxation applies only on qualifying marks (no grace marks).

RSSB Teaching Associate Notification : Application Fee And Process

सभी उम्मीदवारों को अपनी Category के अनुसार One Time Registration - OTR Fee का भुगतान करना होगा। यदि आपने पहले OTR का भुगतान कर दिया है, तो आपको दोबारा Fees नहीं देना होगा:

आप नीचे दिए गए आसान स्टेप्स को फॉलो करके अपना Online Application Form भर सकते हैं:

सबसे पहले राजस्थान SSO Portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) पर जाएँ और अपनी Login ID से लॉगिन करें। यदि आपकी ID नहीं है, तो पहले नया रजिस्ट्रेशन करें।
लॉगिन करने के बाद "Citizen Apps (G2C)" में जाकर "Recruitment Portal" पर क्लिक करें।
वहां आपको "Teaching Associate (Raj-CES) Recruitment 2026" का लिंक दिखेगा, उस पर "Apply Now" पर क्लिक करें।
यदि आपने One Time Registration (OTR) नहीं किया है, तो पहले अपनी केटेगरी दर्ज करके ऑनलाइन Fee का भुगतान करें।
अब अपना Online Application Form भरें। अपनी Educational Qualification, फोटो, और Signature सही तरीके से अपलोड करें।
फॉर्म को अच्छे से जांच लें और फिर "Final Submit" पर क्लिक करें।
भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए अपने Application Form का एक Print Out जरूर निकाल लें।

चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Rules के आधार पर एक फिक्स्ड Remuneration दिया जाएगा।

RSSB Teaching Associate Notification : Selection Process

टीचिंग एसोसिएट के पदों पर योग्य उम्मीदवारों का चयन एक निष्पक्ष प्रक्रिया के तहत किया जाएगा। चयन की मुख्य प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार है:

Written Examination: उम्मीदवारों को सबसे पहले एक लिखित परीक्षा (CBT / TBT / OMR) देनी होगी। इस परीक्षा में दो पेपर होंगे।
Document Verification: लिखित परीक्षा की मेरिट सूची में जगह बनाने वाले उम्मीदवारों को Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यहाँ आपके सभी मूल Educational प्रमाणपत्र, Caste प्रमाण पत्र और अन्य आवश्यक कागजातों की जांच की जाएगी।
Final Merit List: अंत में, लिखित परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के आधार पर अंतिम मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार की जाएगी।

परीक्षा में कुल 2 पेपर होंगे:

Note:

परीक्षा में Negative Marking का प्रावधान है। हर गलत उत्तर के लिए 1/3 अंक काटे जाएंगे।
परीक्षा पास करने के लिए प्रत्येक पेपर में Minimum 36% और कुल मिलाकर 40% अंक लाना Necessary है (SC/ST के लिए 5% की छूट)।
OMR शीट में 5 विकल्प (A, B, C, D, E) होंगे। यदि आप किसी प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं देना चाहते हैं, तो आपको 5वां विकल्प (E) भरना Necessary है। यदि 10% से अधिक प्रश्नों में कोई भी विकल्प नहीं भरा गया, तो उम्मीदवार को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।

The syllabus for Paper I is common for all candidates. It includes the following sections:

History, Art, Culture, Literature and Heritage of Rajasthan

Ancient Civilizations of Rajasthan with special Reference to Mesolithic (Late Stone Age) sites.
Major dynasties of Rajasthan and its rulers through the Ages and their cultural achievements (1000-1800 A.D.).
Political resistance of Rajput rulers against Muslim Power (Rattan Singh, Hammir, Kanhad dev, Maldev, Chandrasen, Pratap).
Bhakti Movement and Sufism in Medieval Rajasthan. Saints like Mira, Dadu, Ramdevji, Gogaji, Tejaji, Pabuji, etc.
Folk Culture: Fairs and Festivals, Different Schools of Painting, Folk Tales, Folk Songs, Folk Dances, Folk Music and Instruments.
Dress and Ornaments, Handicrafts.
Political Awakening and Freedom Movement in Rajasthan: 1857, Peasant and Tribal Movements, Prajamandal Movements.
Rajasthani Language: Origin, Development, Main Dialects, and Scripts (Mudia and Devnagari).
Rajasthani Literature: Its Evolution and Famous Writers. Tourism and Heritage Policies.

Syllabus For Paper II (Subject Concerned)

Paper II will be based on the specific subject chosen by the candidate (e.g., Computer Science, English, Hindi, Geography, etc.). The level of the syllabus will generally match the Post-Graduation degree level standard.

RSSB Teaching Associate Notification : Result

परीक्षा के End होने के बाद, बोर्ड द्वारा Official Website पर Answer Key जारी की जाएगी, जिस पर उम्मीदवार अपनी Objections दर्ज करा सकेंगे।
सभी Objections पर विचार करने के बाद, RSSB एक Final Answer Key और Result घोषित करेगा।
Result ऑनलाइन पीडीएफ (PDF) फॉर्मेट में Available होगा, जिसमें Selected उम्मीदवारों के रोल नंबर दिए जाएंगे।
लिखित परीक्षा का Result आने के बाद, शॉर्टलिस्ट किये गए उम्मीदवारों को Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
At the End, सभी Processes के पूरी होने के बाद फाइनल मेरिट लिस्ट Official Website पर अपलोड कर दी जाएगी।

RSSB Teaching Associate Notification : Admit Card

परीक्षा से कुछ दिन पहले RSSB द्वारा Admit Card जारी किये जाएंगे।
Admit Card केवल ऑनलाइन मोड में Official Website और SSO Portal के माध्यम से उपलब्ध होंगे। विभाग द्वारा डाक से कोई भी प्रवेश पत्र नहीं भेजा जाएगा।
उम्मीदवार अपने Application ID और SSO ID का उपयोग करके अपना Admit Card डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे।
Admit Card पर परीक्षा का दिन, समय, परीक्षा केंद्र का पता और अन्य Instructions दिए गए होंगे।
परीक्षा केंद्र पर जाते समय अपना Print Out किया हुआ Admit Card, एक वैध फोटो ID (जैसे आधार कार्ड), और पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो साथ ले जाना न भूलें।

Preparation Tips

Understand The Syllabus And Exam Pattern: सबसे पहले Official Notification से अपने विषय का Syllabus और Exam Pattern डाउनलोड करें और उसे अच्छी तरह से समझें। यह आपको यह जानने में मदद करेगा कि क्या पढ़ना है।
Focus On General Studies Of Rajasthan: पेपर 1 में राजस्थान का सामान्य ज्ञान पूछा जाएगा। इसके लिए राजस्थान के इतिहास, भूगोल, और कला-संस्कृति की अच्छी किताबें पढ़ें। राजस्थान की Current Affairs के लिए रोज़ाना अख़बार पढ़ें।
Deep Study For Paper II: पेपर 2 आपके पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन विषय का होगा और इसके अंक भी ज्यादा (300 Marks) हैं। अपने विषय के मूल Concepts को मजबूत करें और ग्रेजुएशन तथा पोस्ट-ग्रेजुएशन की किताबों से रिवीजन करें।
Time Management: Practice करते समय एक Time Table बनाएं और सभी टॉपिक्स को उचित समय दें।
Practice Mock Tests And Previous Papers: परीक्षा के माहौल को समझने और अपनी स्पीड तथा Accuracy बढ़ाने के लिए Mock Tests और पुराने वर्षों के प्रश्न पत्र जरूर हल करें।
Beware Of Negative Marking: परीक्षा में 1/3 Negative Marking है, इसलिए जिन प्रश्नों के उत्तर को लेकर आप पूरी तरह से Sure न हों, उनमें तुक्का लगाने से बचें।
