Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) द्वारा Health Department, Government of Bihar की ओर से Bihar BCECEB Sr. Resident/Tutor Phase-III Recruitment 2026 का Notification जारी कर दिया गया है। इस भर्ती के माध्यम से Bihar के विभिन्न Government Medical Colleges और Hospitals में Senior Resident/Tutor के कुल 575 Posts पर नियुक्ति की जाएगी। Medical Field में अपना Career बनाने वाले Candidates के लिए यह एक अच्छा अवसर है।

इस Recruitment के लिए Candidates के पास निर्धारित Medical Postgraduate Qualification जैसे MD/MS, DNB या मान्य Super Speciality Qualification होना जरूरी है। Eligible Candidates 2nd November 2026 से 23rd November 2026 (10:00 PM) तक Official Website के माध्यम से Online Apply कर सकते हैं। Selected Candidates की नियुक्ति 3 Years के Tenure के लिए की जाएगी। इस दौरान Candidates को ₹1,15,000 प्रति माह Remuneration दिया जाएगा|

Bihar Sr. Resident  Recruitment : Eligibility Criteria

Bihar Sr. Resident / Tutor Phase-III Recruitment के लिए Candidates को निर्धारित Educational Qualification और Nationality की शर्तों को पूरा करना होगा। इसके साथ ही, Recruitment में अलग-अलग Categories के लिए 40:40:20 के अनुपात में Posts निर्धारित की गई हैं। इसकी पूरी जानकारी नीचे दी गई Table में Check करें।

Educational Qualification
  • Candidates Must Have A Postgraduate Degree In The Relevant Subject.
  • DNB / DNB Super Speciality And Equivalent Postgraduate Degrees Recognised Under The Latest NMC Guidelines And MCI Teacher Eligibility Criteria Will Also Be Accepted.
Diploma Qualification
  • In Case Of A Shortage Of Eligible Postgraduate Candidates, Diploma Holders Will Also Be Considered.
  • They Will Receive 10 Marks, But Their Merit Position Will Be Below Postgraduate Degree Holders.
Non-Clinical Subjects For Anatomy And Physiology, A Ph.D. Degree Along With Medical M.Sc. Is Mandatory.
Post Distribution
  • 40%: Bihar State Health Service Cadre Members
  • 40%: Doctors With Postgraduate Degrees Under The Residency Scheme From Bihar Medical Colleges
  • 20%: Doctors With Postgraduate Degrees Under The Residency Scheme From Recognised Institutions Outside Bihar.

Note: Doctors Who Have Already Completed A Three-Year Tenure As Senior Resident / Tutor Are Not Eligible To Apply For The Present Recruitment.

Bihar Sr. Resident/ Tutor Recruitment: Age Criteria

Bihar Sr. Resident / Tutor Phase-III Recruitment में आवेदन करने वाले Candidates की Age की गणना 01st August 2026 के आधार पर की जाएगी। अलग-अलग Categories के लिए Maximum Age Limit निर्धारित की गई है। इसके अलावा, Bihar State Health Service Cadre और Divyang Candidates को नियमानुसार Age Relaxation भी दिया जाएगा।

Bihar Sr. Resident/ Tutor Recruitment : Selection Criteria

Bihar Sr. Resident / Tutor Phase-III Recruitment में Candidates का Selection निर्धारित Merit Criteria के आधार पर किया जाएगा। इसके लिए MBBS और Speciality Subject में प्राप्त Marks, Higher Qualifications और Government Sector में Work Experience को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा। Candidates नीचे दी गई Table में पूरा Selection Process और Marks Distribution Check कर सकते हैं।

Note:

  • In Case Of Failure In MBBS Or Speciality Examinations, Marks Will Be Calculated By Taking The Average Of Passing And Failing Marks In The Concerned Subject.
  • Only Regular / Contractual Government Sector Experience Will Be Considered. Experience Through Academic Courses, Fellowships Or Training Programmes Will Not Be Counted.
  • The Provision Of Conducting Interviews For Appointments To Various Service Cadres Under The Health Department Has Been Discontinued. Therefore, All Candidates Will Be Awarded 6 Marks Equally.

  • Registration: सबसे पहले BCECEB की Official Website पर जाकर अपनी Email ID और Mobile Number से Registration करें। उसके बाद OTP के माध्यम से दोनों Verify करें।
  • Login & Department Selection: इसके बाद Registration Number और Password से Login करके अपनी Preferred Department Select करें।
  • Fill Application Form: फिर उसमें दी गई Personal Details, Contact Details और Educational Qualification की जानकारी भरें।
  • Upload Documents: उसके बाद निर्धारित Format में अपनी Photograph और Signature Upload करें।
  • Preview & Final Submit: यह सब करने के बाद Application Form की सभी Details Check करें और Final Submit करें।
  • Counselling Fee Payment: उसके बाद Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking या UPI के माध्यम से ₹2,250 Counselling Fee जमा करें। Processing Charges अलग से लागू होंगे।
  • Download Confirmation Page: Successful Payment के बाद Confirmation Page और Fee Receipt Download करके सुरक्षित रखें।

Answer:  No. The Interview Provision Has Been Removed, And Every Candidate Receives A Uniform 6 Marks Under This Head.
Q2. What Score Do I Need To Qualify?
Answer: The Minimum Qualifying Score For Appointment Is 16 Marks.
Q3. Is A DNB Accepted?
Answer: Yes. DNB / DNB Super Speciality Is Treated As A Valid Qualification Under The Medical Institutions (Qualification Of Faculty) Regulation, 2025.
Q4. I Have PG Degrees In Two Subjects. How Should I Apply?
Answer: Submit A Separate Application For Each Department And Mention This In The Online Form. Once Selected In One Subject, You Cannot Be Selected In Another.
Q5. Can Candidates From Outside Bihar Apply?
Answer: Yes, 20% Of The Posts Are For Doctors With A PG Degree From Recognised Institutions Outside The State. However, Applicants Who Are Not Natives Of Bihar Get No Reservation Benefit.
Q6. Can I Change My Details After Submitting The Form?
Answer: You Can Correct Entries Only During The Editing Period Ending At 11:59 PM On 24th November 2026, And Only If You Paid On Time. Your Verified Mobile Number And Email Cannot Be Changed.
Q7. I Am In A Three-Year Bond. Can I Apply?
Answer: Yes, If You Were Not Posted As Senior Resident / Tutor, But You Must Bring A Departmental NOC. Your Time On The Post Counts Towards The Bond.
