Application Process
Application Process को 4 Stages में बांटा गया है।
Step 1: सबसे पहले उम्मीदवार को आयोग की Official Website पर जाकर OTR (One Time Registration) करना होगा। OTR नंबर के बिना आप Apply नहीं कर सकते।
Step 2: OTR से Certification करने के बाद आपके सामने फॉर्म खुलेगा। इसमें आपकी सारी जानकारी OTR से अपने आप आ जाएगी। आपको केवल उस पद से जुड़ी Qualification का Addition करना होगा।
Step 3: फॉर्म भरने के बाद आपको फीस जमा करनी होगी। आप Net Banking, Credit Card या Debit Card का Use करके अपनी फीस ऑनलाइन जमा कर सकते हैं।
Step 4: फीस जमा होने के बाद आपका Final Form जमा हो जाएगा। आपको इसका एक Print Out निकालकर अपने पास रख लेना चाहिए ताकि भविष्य में कोई परेशानी न हो।

UPPCS Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process
इस परीक्षा में Selection Process बहुत ही Transparent है। इसे 3 Stages में बांटा गया है।
Preliminary Exam: यह एक Screening परीक्षा होती है जिसमें Objective प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं। इसमें दो पेपर होते हैं और दोनों पेपर देना Necessary है। दूसरे पेपर में केवल पास होना जरूरी होता है, जबकि पहले पेपर के नंबरों के Basis पर मेरिट बनती है।
Main Exam: जो उम्मीदवार Preliminary परीक्षा पास करते हैं, उन्हें Mains परीक्षा देने का मौका मिलता है। यह एक लिखित परीक्षा होती है, जिसमें आपको उत्तर लिखने होते हैं। इसमें हिंदी, Essay और General Studies के कुल 8 पेपर होते हैं।
Interview: Mains परीक्षा पास करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को Personality Test के लिए बुलाया जाता है। इसमें उम्मीदवार के Personality, Self Confidence और उनके General Knowledge की परख की जाती है।

Preliminary परीक्षा का Result Mains परीक्षा के लिए Eligibility तय करता है, इसके नंबर Final मेरिट में नहीं जुड़ते।
Mains परीक्षा और Interview में मिले अंकों को जोड़कर ही Final Result और मेरिट सूची तैयार की जाती है।
मेरिट सूची में स्थान पाने वाले उम्मीदवारों को उनकी रैंक और पसंद के According Various पदों पर Appoint किया जाता है।
Result PDF के रूप में आता है जिसमें सफल उम्मीदवारों के Roll Number दिए गए होते हैं।
Admit Card
परीक्षा से कुछ Weeks पहले आयोग अपनी Official Website पर Admit Card जारी करता है।
उम्मीदवारों को अपने Registration नंबर और जन्म तिथि का Use करके इसे Download करना होगा।
Admit Card पर परीक्षा का Centre, समय और Important Instructions दिए होते हैं।
बिना Admit Card और Original Identity Proof के किसी भी उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा हॉल में Entry नहीं दि जाएगी।
Note: आयोग घर के पते पर कोई Admit Card नहीं भेजता है, आपको इसे Online ही निकालना होगा।
