Odisha Public Service Commission 2025 : Eligibility
जो भी उम्मीदवार OPSC Exam 2025 में शामिल होने वाले हैं उन्हें आयोग के द्वारा निर्धारित की गई सभी अनिवार्य योग्यताओं की मापदंडों को पूरा करना जरूरी है अनिवार्य योग्यताएं जैसे कि Citizenship , Educational Qualification, Age Limit आदि जैसी योग्यताएं। इन सभी अनिवार्य योग्यताओं को इस आर्टिकल में बहुत ही Detailed Manner में cover किया गया है जो कि इस प्रकार से हैं -
Citizenship - उम्मीदवार भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए।
Educational Qualification - Educational Qualification अत्यंत ही महत्वपूर्ण योग्यताओं में से एक है। जो भी उम्मीदवार इस परीक्षा में शामिल होने जा रहे हैं और आवेदन करने वाले हैं उन्हें Educational Qualification के मापदंडों को पूरा करना जरूरी है तभी वह इस परीक्षा में शामिल हो पाएंगे। आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित की गई सभी अनिवार्य Educational Qualification निम्नलिखित प्रकार से है -
(i) उम्मीदवार भारत के किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में ग्रेजुएट होना चाहिए
(ii) साथ ही उम्मीदवार को उड़िया भाषा पढ़ने , लिखने और बोलने के अलावा इनमें से कोई एक conditions को पूरी करनी होगी -
- Passed middle school examination with Odia as a language subject
- Or Passed High School Certificate or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non- language subject
- Or Passed in Odia as a language subject in the final examination of class 7 from a school or Educational Institution recognised by the Government of Odisha or the Central Government
- Or Passed a test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department of the Government of Odisha
Age Limit - जो भी उम्मीदवार OPSC Exam 2025 के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं उन्हें आयोग के द्वारा निर्धारित की गई आयु सीमा की मापदंडों को पूरा करना जरूरी है तभी वह इस परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन कर पाएंगे। बोर्ड के द्वारा Minimum and Maximum Age Limit निम्नलिखित प्रकार से बताई गई हैं-
Age Relaxation - इसके अलावा विभिन्न श्रेणियां में आयु में छूट भी दिए जाने का प्रावधान है जो की निम्नलिखित प्रकार से हैं -

जो भी उम्मीदवार OPSC Exam 2025 के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं उन्हें ऑनलाइन माध्यम से आवेदन शुल्क का भी भुगतान करना होगा। आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करना अत्यंत ही जरूरी है क्योंकि इसके बिना आवेदन की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण नहीं मानी जाएगी। आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान ऑनलाइन माध्यम जैसे की क्रेडिट कार्ड , डेबिट कार्ड , नेट बैंकिंग के द्वारा किया जाएगा। विभिन्न श्रेणियां के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन शुल्क निर्धारित किए गए हैं जिसके बारे में निचे बताया गया है -

Odisha Public Service Commission 2025 : Selection Process
किसी भी भर्ती प्रक्रिया में आवेदन करने से पहले उम्मीदवार को Selection Process के बारे में बहुत ही detailed manner में पता होना चाहिए ताकि वह परीक्षा की सही रणनीति बना पाए और अपने प्रयासों में सफलता हासिल कर पाए। इस Blog में हम आपको OPSC Exam 2025 की selection process के बारे में बहुत ही comprehensive manner में बताएंगे ताकि आपकी परीक्षा की तैयारी में मदद हो पाए।
बात करें Selection Process की तो यह Two Phases में पूरी की जाएगी. 1st Phase में उम्मीदवारों का Preliminary Exam लिया जाएगा जो भी उम्मीदवार एग्जाम को qualify करते हैं वह 2nd Phase की परीक्षा के लिए eligible होगें जिसमें उम्मीदवारों का Written Exam and Interview लिया जाएगा।

Phase One - Exam Pattern for Preliminary Exam
Preliminary Exam में दो Compulsory Paper होंगे (MCQ Based). Paper l and Paper ll. हर सही उत्तर के लिए उम्मीदवार को एक अंक दिए जाएंगे गलत उत्तर दिए जाने पर 1/3 अंक deduct किए जाएंगे

जो भी उम्मीदवार Mains Exam में सफलता हासिल करते हैं उन्हें इंटरव्यू के लिए चयनित किया जाएगा। इंटरव्यू में प्रश्न उम्मीदवार के General Interest से पूछे जाएंगे. इसके अलावा उनके व्यक्तित्व की भी गहन जांच की जाएगी और यह जांचा जाएगा कि क्या वह Civil Servant के रूप में सेवा देने योग्य है या नहीं। इसके अलावा उनके Intellectual qualities, Social traits , and Knowledge of Current Affairs की जांच की जाएगी।
इन सब के अलावा यह भी देखा जाएगा की candidate में mental alertness , critical power of assimilation, balance of judgement ,leadership, intellectual and moral integrity etc. qualities है या नहीं ,जो की एक civil servants के लिए बहुत जरूरी होती है।
Merit list - मेरिट लिस्ट का आधार Mains Exam के Part ll and Interview में हासिल किए गए अंक होंगे।
