SS CGL Exam Pattern

The Examination will be conducted in two tiers: Tier-I and Tier-II. Both will be Computer Based Examinations.

Tier-I Exam Pattern (Qualifying Nature)

Tier-I consists of Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions. The marks scored in Tier-I are normalized and used to shortlist candidates for Tier-II, but they are not added to the final merit list.

  • Time Duration: 1 Hour.
  • Negative Marking: 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
