- General Intelligence & Reasoning: Analogies, similarities/differences, space visualization/orientation, problem-solving, analysis, decision-making, visual memory, blood relations, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series, coding-decoding, statement conclusions, syllogistic reasoning, etc..
- General Knowledge & General Awareness: Current affairs (national & international), history, culture, geography, economic scene, general polity (Indian Constitution), scientific research, awards and honors, books and authors, important days, etc..
- Quantitative Aptitude: Whole numbers, decimals, fractions, relationships between numbers, percentages, ratio & proportion, square roots, averages, interest (simple & compound), profit & loss, discount, partnership, time & distance, time & work, basic algebraic identities, geometry, mensuration, trigonometry, data interpretation (bar diagrams, pie charts, etc.).
- English Comprehension: Error recognition, fill in the blanks, vocabulary, spellings, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms/antonyms, sentence completion, idioms & phrases, and comprehension passages
SSC JE 2025 Exam Pattern
Both papers will be Computer-Based Tests (CBE) with multiple-choice questions. The questions will be in both Hindi and English.

The standard of the engineering questions will be at the level of a Diploma in Engineering.

Result and Final Selection
Your final selection is based on your total marks from both Paper-I and Paper-II.

To even be considered, you must get the minimum qualifying marks (UR: 30%, OBC/EWS: 25%, Others: 20%).

After the final result is out, the department you are assigned to will contact you for Document Verification.
