राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग (RPSC) द्वारा Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) भर्ती 2026 का Official नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया गया है। इस भर्ती के माध्यम से कुल 371 पदों पर योग्य अभ्यर्थियों का चयन किया जाएगा। यह भर्ती गृह विभाग (अभियोजन) के अंतर्गत आयोजित की जा रही है। कानून की पढ़ाई पूरी कर चुके उम्मीदवारों के लिए यह भर्ती सरकारी नौकरी पाने का शानदार अवसर है।

इस भर्ती में Non Scheduled Area तथा Scheduled Area दोनों क्षेत्रों के लिए अलग-अलग पद निर्धारित किए गए हैं। आयोग द्वारा आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह Online रखी गई है। अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन करने से पहले One Time Registration (OTR) करना अनिवार्य होगा। भर्ती प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत Preliminary Exam और Main Exam आयोजित किए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा Document Verification, Police Verification और Medical Verification भी किया जाएगा। नोटिफिकेशन में आरक्षण, आवेदन शुल्क, आयु सीमा, चयन प्रक्रिया, परीक्षा योजना और आवेदन प्रक्रिया से जुड़ी सभी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी दी गई है।

RPSC APO Recruitment 2026: Eligibility

Educational Qualification

अभ्यर्थी के पास भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से निम्न में से कोई एक योग्यता होना आवश्यक है:

  • Degree In Law (Professional)
  • Integrated Law Course

इसके साथ ही अभ्यर्थी को देवनागरी लिपि में हिन्दी का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान तथा राजस्थान की संस्कृति और राजस्थानी बोलियों का ज्ञान होना चाहिए। महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि तक अभ्यर्थी के पास आवश्यक शैक्षणिक योग्यता होना अनिवार्य है। अंतिम वर्ष में अध्ययनरत उम्मीदवार पात्र नहीं माने जाएंगे।

RPSC APO Recruitment 2026: Application Process

OTR (One Time Registration) Process

RPSC APO Recruitment 2026 के लिए उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन करने से पहले One Time Registration (OTR) करना होगा। OTR Process राजस्थान सरकार के SSO Portal के माध्यम से पूरी की जाएगी।

  • सबसे पहले अभ्यर्थी को RPSC की Official Website या SSO Portal पर जाना होगा।
  • इसके बाद Recruitment Portal को Select करके One Time Registration (OTR) करना होगा।
  • OTR के लिए अभ्यर्थी को निम्न बेसिक जानकारी भरनी होगी:
    • Name (As per Aadhaar / JanAadhaar)
    • Father’s Name
    • Date Of Birth
    • Gender
  • इसके बाद Aadhaar / JanAadhaar के माध्यम से KYC प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी।
  • अभ्यर्थी को अपनी Live Photo Capture करनी होगी जो OTR Profile में Save होगी।
  • OTR पूरा होने के बाद ही अभ्यर्थी Online Application Form भर सकता है।
  • OTR Complete होने के बाद सारी Basic Details Application Form में Auto-Fetch हो जाती हैं।

  • SSO Portal के माध्यम से Login करें।
  • Recruitment Portal में जाकर One Time Registration (OTR) पूरा करें।
  • आधार या जनआधार के माध्यम से KYC करना अनिवार्य होगा।
  • आवश्यक जानकारी और शैक्षणिक विवरण भरें।
  • Live Photo, Signature और Left Thumb Impression Upload करें।
  • आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करें।
  • आवेदन पत्र Submit करके उसका Print Out सुरक्षित रखें।

Note- ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में संशोधन के लिए ₹500 शुल्क निर्धारित किया गया है।

चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Pay Matrix Level L-11 के अनुसार वेतन दिया जाएगा।

RPSC APO Recruitment 2026 में उम्मीदवारों का चयन प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया में निम्न चरण शामिल होंगे:

Preliminary Examination

  • The Prelims is an Objective-Type Exam.
  • 70% Weightage will be Given to Law Paper subjects.
  • 30% Weightage will be Given to Hindi and English language Proficiency Test.
  • Marks Obtained in Preliminary Exam will NOT be counted in the final Merit List.
  • Preliminary Exam is only for shortlisting candidates for the Mains Exam.

Mains Examination

The Main Examination Consists of 2 papers:

  • Bare Acts पर फोकस करें- कानून से संबंधित सभी महत्वपूर्ण Bare Acts को अच्छे से पढ़ें। विशेष रूप से Criminal Law और Important Acts पर ज्यादा ध्यान दें।
  • Previous Year Papers Solve करें– पिछले वर्षों के प्रश्नपत्र हल करने से Exam Pattern और महत्वपूर्ण Topics को समझने में मदद मिलेगी।
  • Daily Revision करें- प्रतिदिन Revision करना बहुत जरूरी है ताकि पढ़े हुए Topics लंबे समय तक याद रहें।
